Stayers beware...karaoke and music until 11pm that can be heard throughout the hotel. If you are traveling early in the morning with kids, this location cannot be recommended. We were also told this hotel was a stay and park, but upon arrival we were advised the hotel did not participate in the program. The hotel itself has minimal parking, so you have to wait for other cars to leave before getting a spot.

average hotel for business travelers, hard to get to transit options/ Service was mediocre, too many families made for noisy space for business travelers. Reception and breakfast was average and limited food and luke warm.

The room setup is odd. The bathroom in the suits on the 9th floor are located in the bedroom and faces directly to the side of the bed. So, if you have others staying in the living room, they will have to enter into the bedroom and when the light is turned on, illuminated the whole bedroom. Don't care for that at all.. Other than that, all was the same. Parking is $32 a night, which is not bad for SF.

All our suites are exactly the same with the bathroom opening into the bedroom. This is the way the hotel was build approximately 30 years ago.

Hotel needs major renovation. The only thing great about the hotel is the Bay view. I stayed for 19 nights and realized it wasn't just a fluke. Front desk irresponsive to issues. Parking should be free not $32/night.

We stayed here for three nights in October 2018. Upon arrival we received a room on one of the top floors. Unfortunately it is very open and as I am not fond of heights I had to go down to the reception and ask for another room on a lower floor. We got one on the second floor and what a nice room and beautiful view to the lagoon. Every evening there was a wine/soft drink/cocktail thing for a couple of hours and we so enjoyed that. The breakfast was also very nice and lots of different foods to pick from. The omelet was popular in our family. It is a good price for the room and cheaper than staying in down town San Francisco, though easy acces to down town with the train.
