Two young women who work the front desk are exceptional hosts. For a late arrival, they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to see to it our dinner from the suite shop was sweet. Unfortunately, I didn't get their names but they made a big difference and I want to thank them for that.

The hotel like all Hampton Inn's does what you need it to do. Clean and comfortable, predictably so with a breakfast bar to satisfy the need before hitting the road or sightseeing. Warm staff who seem to genuinely mean it when they say, "good morning."

This hotel is perfect for those flying in and out of San Francisco airport. Because of the exorbitant prices at other hotels, I opted to stay here this time. The hotel is modern, the prices are reasonable, and the rooms are as nice as those costing twice as much. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best and all members of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will stay here again. Very highly recommended.

This hotel was spotless and the staff was really on top of things. Very friendly. The breakfast room was smoothly run and very clean which was nice. It was very busy and the staff kept up with cleaning tables and replenishing food.

Delivery Trucks woke us up all night. They beeped all night long backing up to make deliveries.Otherwise the stay was fine but I wont go back to this one . Terrible night sleep this really worsened the jet lag going back home .

Thank you for taking time to comment on your recent stay. I realize how disturbing it must have been to be bothered by the sound of trucks beeping early in the morning. While I do not beleive that there is anything can be done to change this condition, we have found some guests have more of a sensitivity to this type of disturbance. Had it been convenient, we would have gladly helped you move to another side. comfort of our guests is our highest priority, If you will allow us another opportunity in the future We will make sure to accomodate you in a room more to your liking. again please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

We spent one night here. We had an early flight in the morning, so checked in, dropped the luggage, took the rental car back and the hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport so we wouldn't have to deal with that in the morning. The staff was very helpful. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable. Would definitely use again.
