My first experience with Burmese food, it turned out to have some similarities to Indian food but with some unique flavors and combinations. The service could do better with a few smiles thrown in!

Very good food, flavours, decor and service. Best Burmese restaurant I've been to outside of Myanmar. We ate at 6pm and it was soon full with a queue outside. Very noisy being full but at least it was happy and appreciative noise.

Visited for a second time and still like the food but find the place too tight and not comfortable. Recommend allowing a lot of waiting time due to popularity of place. Street parking not easy around main meal times. Suggest paying with cash.

We ordered takeout food form this Burmese restaurant based on the reviews, The curry meats were good, the coconut rice was ok and the tea-leaf salad did not compare to Burma Superstar. Burma Superstar has the monopoly on Burmese food having had their tea-leaf salad more than 4 times. Maybe dining in is different Willing to try dining in in the future before giving this place a pass.

I ordered the Samusa soup and boy wasted it delicious! Vegetarian dish with falafel, chickpea, lentil, jalapeño, cabbage, noodles, etc in a very rich and spicy thick curry broth. The tea leaf alas was crunchy, fully of flavors and light.

This place fills up fast. On a Monday night it was full by 5:30!!
