Smells funky. Hard to access. Staff ok. Area is a little sketchy and parking was a bit tough.

We stayed in Ramada Inn Burbank Airport from October 18-23, 2011 and we couldnt leave this place soon enough. I think Ramada should take their name off this place. This hotel is a joke: ants are crawling all over the bathroom floor, place is filthy and stinky, drain in the sink is broken, shower head was barely spaying any water, TV remote didnt work even after they brought us another remote, we had to reset our room key to open the door, etc. First day we check in we were told that internet connection is slow and they are trying to fix it, pointing out that they have an internet service in the lobby. When I was checking out one lady was complaining that internet in her room was not working and person at the front desk was saying that he is not aware of any internet problems, pointing out that they have an internet service in the lobby. I suspect this hotel has no free internet service in their rooms, as they advertise. I selected this hotel because I thought Ramada is a well known name with good reputation. From now on, I wouldnt be ruining my future vacations by staying in Ramada regardless of their location. Kind of hard to give Ramada a second chance among all other choices out there.

Room Tip: I do NOT recommend this hotel!!!!

Horrible place to stay. the room was filthy and the noise is all night. The night manager has no control of anything. after calling him at 2: .m about the noise, he said he could not do anything about it and that he will notify the day manager when he came in at 7:00 a.m. worse place ever. you are better off at a Motel 6. saw a city cop in the lobby standing around for no apparent reason other than chatting with hotel clerk and checking out the women that walked in/out of the hotel. NOT FOR FAMILY> PLEASE. Children would not understand.

This place is falling apart. Stay away. It doesn't need a remodel, it needs to be demolished.

After the heat and drought of Texas this summer, the lush, tropical garden surrounding the pool offered welcoming green to our eyes. We had a good breakfast at a table that looked into the garden, then went outside and sat in the garden until it was time to head out for our meeting. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. We knew this wasn't going to be in the best neighborhood, but were pleased with the free shuttle to the airport. The room was pleasant and spacious, with a huge closet. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, even though it does show signs of age.

after reading the reviews about this place i was a little hesitant to stay here. however when i arrived i was greeted and checked in rather quickly ( think it took about 2 min)
then walked into the courtyard and went to my room. OH MY GOD....the room is actually very nice....i would compare it to a "la quinta". the beds were great, clean sheets, and i already had extra towels in my room. it is rather close to the fwy but for the price who cares...i even extended my stay. they have security all night and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating..

The noise kept us awake the whole night. You can hear the people upstairs walk around.
