“Okay but nothing special”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 29, 2014

Chicken enchiladas were good. Be sure to request GRILLED CHICKEN instead of wet, shredded chicken.

Kid ordered bean and cheese burrito. It was okay, but nothing special.

Salsa is a bit salty. Chips tasted fresh.

Service was good.

Restaurant was VERY dark, especially for mid-afternoon dining.

“Very Fine Mexican Restaurant”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 13, 2014

Don Cuco is a notch above the big chain Mexican restaurants. It has a good, extensive menu with all the Tex Mex classics along with a range of other traditional and seafood dishes. It isn't trendy or flamboyant; it's a classic dining environment, reminiscent of the windowless steak houses of the '60s but with a south-of-the-border flair. The staff is friendly, the service is average, the ambiance is quiet and comfortable. There's a bar with the obligatory TV screens tuned to sports. The food won't disappoint, nicely prepared, good portions.

“First Class Treatment”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 6, 2014

My Husband and I enjoy coming to this restaurant above all others! The food is fresh, delicious, and hearty. The service is first class. We always feel like kings and queens when we come. The staff takes really great care of us. We always leave full, happy, and well taken care of. If you want to feel like a million bucks and enjoy some of the best Mexican food around, come to Don Cuco's!

“Great food, great service!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 7, 2014

We dine here every few weeks. Had a late dinner on New Year's Eve, sitting in the bar for a meal for the first time (usually in the dining room). It was FUN, not tooo loud, and our waitress was just fantastic. Highly recommend shrimp fajitas & cheese enchiladas! Didn't know they were closing at 10pm though, when suddenly the lights came up and they began sweeping the floor around our booth. Adios, atmosphere. Otherwise, completely delighful every time go!
