It was convenient since we are in the hotel next to the restaurant but I wish we had taken the time to find something else. For starters, part of our order was wrong and we had to wait longer to get the rest of our order corrected. Also, the person taking our order got it wrong and when we asked for more shrimp, on what we thought was "all you can eat", we were told (with attitude) that that's not what we ordered. After the waiter showed us "what we ordered" I could not even find the item we supposedly ordered on the menu???. Rather than offering to correct the order he just stared at us and paying the extra $1 seemed like a problem for them so we moved on--we just wanted to finish and leave. In the end, you want what you ordered and you want quality. Pretty poor results on both counts. If you're in a hotel close to this Sizzler there are many food options not far away. Don't settle just because it's convenient.
