Overall, this Holiday Inn is an excellent stay and good value. The room was clean and room service was prompt. The shuttle service left much to be desired. If you did not give them more than 1 hour's notice, they would not pick you up. We called 55 minutes before we wanted a pick up and they said since it was less than an hour, it would not happen. We spent more time using ubers and taxis and spent money on such that we had not planned on spending. We chose this hotel for the free shuttle service. If I had known the limitations in the shuttle service prior to booking, I would have chosen a different hotel. That being said, Mitchell at the front desk was fabulous. Friendly and very helpful. He assisted with information on bus routes and movie times. There is a 4D theatre near the hotel, but we never managed to try it out. Fuddruckers is right next door and a Subway shop is not too far from there, also. Denny's is across the street and there is always Grubhub for food, as well.
We did use the on-site restaurant for breakfast 2 mornings as kids eat free. The service in the restaurant both mornings left much to be desired. The first morning many people who came into the restaurant after us were served the breakfast before us even though we had ordered before they arrived. The second morning it took 25 minutes just to get 2 OJs and another 15 minutes or so to order breakfast. We waited another 20 minutes or so after finishing our meals before we could get the attention of the waiter in order to be able to settle our bill.
