We stayed here for 4 nights on our recent road trip to Disneyland. The kids enjoyed having their own TV in the room, and their fold out sofa was OK for them to sleep on. They also enjoyed the pool, which we used everyday. My wife had great internet service in our room, which was great for her to keep tabs on her business while we were on vacation. The sleep number bed was was great, and as soon as we can afford one, we're going to buy one for our bedroom at home.

We had their hot breakfast every morning we were there, and it was good. I'm amazed at how many people touch the buffet food with their hands though - and how many parents just let their kids sneeze and grab food with their hands at a buffet. Do they not have any manners and/or teach their kids how to behave properly? Use the tongs for cryin' out loud! Anyhow, it's not the hotel's fault that people don't raise their kids correctly, and the buffet was delicious everytime we had it.

Their shuttle system that took us to Disneyland worked out really well. We never drove to Disneyland, we just took the shuttle everyday, twice a day. It made it nice to be able to leave in the morning to Disney after a free hot breakfast, schedule a pickup time around 1 or 2 PM back to the hotel, eat, rest, swim in the pool, rest again, then take the shuttle back to Disney that evening and stay for another 6-7 hours. The last pickup was at 12:15 AM, after Disney closes, and it's only about a 10 minute ride back to the hotel. MUCH easier than driving there, parking in their parking garage, paying for it, then walking all the way into Disney or taking their tram. The shuttle drops you off right in front of Disneyland and California Adventure Park.

For the price of the hotel, we also received two adult - 3 day hopper passes to Disneyland, included in our price. This price was cheaper than ANY hotel that was closer to Disneyland, and beat them all by a couple hundred dollars (because of the free Disney tickets.) Our room had a view of Knott's Berry Farm, which is within walking distance. Medieval Times is next door, and if you have a car, there's everything you need within a few miles of this hotel, including a Target and liquor stores....

The hotel was excellent. Very clean. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The shop assistant was also very helpful. The room was an excellent size and the two seperate rooms were ideal. The pool was very nice and the jacuzzi was nice. The area around the pool was always clean. The breakfast was very nice although very repetative. The location of the Radisson was ideal and it was very useful that they provided a free bus to Disney. I would reccomend this hotel to anybody.

This is the first time I have written a review. I always read them. We had a great stay. The room was a little worn a few stains on the floor and the air conditioner leaked a little. The pluses out weighed the negatives. Checking in and out was a breeze. The breakfast was wonderful (eggs/bacon/sausage/cereal/bread/muffins/crescent rolls/milk/juice). I do not know what else you could ask for. You could sit outside or inside there was a lot of room. My son turned 6 while we were there. One of the ladies working the breakfast room struck up a confirmation with him and found out it was his birthday. While we were sitting there having breakfast, she came out with a cake with a candle and we all sang happy birthday. What a wonderful surprise!! I truly have never had a more wonderful staff at a hotel. My husband went to the front desk to ask for more washcloths and they did not have them there but said they would send some up. We told them it was not that big of a deal, but within 15 minutes there was a knock at the door with the washcloths. The rooms are a good size, it was great having a living room seperate from the bedroom. We did not use the microwave, but the fridge came in very handy. I only had to go for ice one time and just kept the bowl in the freezer. The pool was a little cool for me, but my son loved it. I truly do not understand the bad reviews of this hotel. We did get a great deal and only paid around 105 a night, but i would not hesitate to stay here again. We only went to Knotts Berry Farm and Soak City--the shuttle service was great going, and we just walked back to the hotel. I did think the pick up times were a little strange. But it was close enough to walk back. Overall a great stay and would recommend this hotel for familys.

There are no interior hallways and pool is in middle of courtyard. Lovely looking layout, but it was noisy outside with families yelling for each other; doors slamming as folks left rooms early in A.M. or coming in late P.M. meant awakening from sleep often.

Checked in at 9pm for one night stay and did not receive any information from desk clerk. Extremely insufficient parking at night if you intend to stay at park late. There is overflow parking at Ripley's lot across the street. Not safe to cross while carrying sleeping children on large street (6 lanes?). Could not locate breakfast room in morning.

Televisions are flat panel though not digital and variety of channels were lacking, no pay per view movie selections either. No television checkout available. Room seemed damp and muggy inside. Comfortable sleep number beds if that is rate you book. Sofa bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Most hotels such as this one use down pillows (in case you have allergies). In room coffee maker includes 2 bottles of water. Small fridge and microwave in room. There is NO complimentary internet access at this hotel.

We are very satisfied with our recent stay at the Radisson Suites Hotel Buena Park, CA. We had reservations and the total check-in time was about 4 minutes! They were really on top of things. Our room was in the front part of the hotel with a view from the bedroom to Beach Blvd. and a view from the living area to the pool. The room was very spacious with a mini-fridge, microwave, table, sofa bed and two flat panel TV's. (one in each room) They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet that is far from the usual. I would give them a definite A+ on their selection of breakfast items.

The hotel offers shuttle service to Disneyland and Universal Studios however we did not use them since we had a rental car. Knott's Berry Farm amusement park is about 1/4 of a mile away, walking distance and Ripley's Believe It or Not is next door. Medeival Times restaurant is on the other side.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgable about other sights and places to see that aren't in any guide books. They actually Googled us a map to an area that is more geared towards locals than tourists.

I would definitely stay here again.

If you have asthma or have someone staying there with asthma, I warn you not to go. My 9 year old son has mild asthma and the mildew from this place was horrible. The smell was awful even for me! We only stayed 2 days but when I got home, I had to take him to the doctor! I spent the 2nd afternoon looking for cough medicine. My husband wrote this place to let them know it is a health hazzard and the emailed back and said "sorry you didnt like your stay" and that was it!! This place should be condemmed.

Really enjoyed our stay (6nights) May 30th 2008. Room was very clean and very smart, loved the decor. Very spacious. Good location if on foot (like us) can easily walk to Notts Berry Farm, Medevial Nights next door, as well as Ripley's believe it or not. Pool is lovely but small for size of hotel. Jacuzzi open till 10pm and very hot. Reception very helpful, breakfast brilliant (wish Americans didn't like crispy bacon tho, same all over LA) Newspaper everyday or credit if not required. Lots of families, which is a shame as rooms are way way too luxurious for small children. Restaurants, bar, fast food and handful of shops within walking distance (4-5mins) in London you would pay £150-200 a night easily for this hotel. I was worried after reading some reviews but everyone has own expectations and I've been told mine are high, so can only assume either hotel is now fully refurbished or other reviewers are royalty! we'd definitely go back.
