While I was initially concerned upon driving up to the hotel (noticing that it was a bit older) I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the entire hotel experience we had. The staff was quick, polite and very helpful. The grounds were mature and had such a wonderful tropical appeal. The rooms were very nice; well laid out and had everything we needed. It's a bit of a walk to the ice machine but at least the walk is a pleasant one. We were afraid that the noise level might be high since a group (5 large busloads) of young students arrived just shortly after we did. But everything was perfectly quiet and we were greatly relieved.

The only issue we encountered was the water temperature for the shower. It was luke warm and never did get "hot". Took a bit of chilly shower.

Would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

This Radisson was great for everything except Internet. The breakfast was a full breakfast, with a manager's reception Mon-Thurs nights that had free drinks and chips. The restaurant had great food, the pool was great, and the spa was nice. The laundry room only has 2 washers and one was broken, so if you need to do laundry, I recommend doing so at an odd time. The gift shop has anything you could possibly forget to bring with you.
The Disneyland shuttle was great. They were always on time with departures from the hotel and Disneyland. They don't wait at the park, so do make sure you give yourself room to get to the loading area before the shuttle arrives. The shuttle leaves for Disney before park open and comes and goes all day long until after park closing.
As for the rooms, they are huge. They are all suites with a living room area (with a pull out bed in the sofa), large bathroom, wetbar, and separate bedroom. There are TV's in both rooms which was nice, and the wetbar sink was useful when everyone is getting ready in the morning.
The greatest drawback is the Wifi, which was so painfully slow I resorted to using my cell phone's 3G as a hotspot instead. It was like being on a dialup modem again, and we stayed at the Radisson for a week. I would have understood if it was swamped one night, but the entire week was the same.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel, and would certainly stay here again in the future.

Room Tip: Stay on the 4th floor. The courtyard gets noisy at night, and the 2nd and 3rd floors won't be quiet with your neighbors on all sides. Request a 4th floor room for a good night.

My husband and I had to pick a hotel closest to Medieval Times as possible. The Radisson was great! It was clean and everyone was very pleasant. The rooms was very clean our bed was excellant!@ We were able to get the sleep number which i requested. ( It may be the standard for all rooms) I was just pleased it was available as requested! The restaurant has the BEST chicken wings! we ate them three times over a weekend! The breakfast was really nice the only thing was the happy hour info was out dated. They dont do happy hours on the weekend! bummer but we made our way around it!. I will definately stay there again !! We booked through Booking.com and i never have a problem when i book through that company so i was pleased when we got to this hotel! My husband enjoyed the entire stay!! Since we are always in the buena park area and surrounding areas for 5 star service we will stay there!!

Room Tip: third floor on right side !! close to stairs and parking was quiet!

Great for families! Breakfast is pretty good for being free. Most hotels only offer very minimal breakfast foods. Radisson actually had a omelet station with bacon and very yummy bacon. Very much impressed with this free breakfast. Mon- Thurs Radisson also offers what they call a managers special from 5:30-7:00, this includes snacks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages! Yahoo!, great treat for my sister and I who spent the day at knotts with 7 kids. Enjoyed drinks at the pool and spa! Kids of course also enjoyed the free soda and nachos. What a great time we had! Thanks Radisson for making our stay so great!!

We stayed on the 2nd floor. We were with a tour bus of 90 people. Clean rooms, nice tropical pool & hot tub area, great breakfast variety of scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, oatmeal, cereal, sausage, yogurt, made to order omlets, coffee and juices. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Hotel is in walking distance of 3 exciting places to see. There is a restaurant next to the hotel with great Indian food too.
