Facility is completely redone. The old Ram golf course is being redone and the hotel has an arrangement with the only semi private club, De Anza Desert Country Club. They have completely restored the grounds and rooms. The facility is very relaxing and comfortable. This could be one of the most peaceful places my wife and I have been to in years. You can also have your own private outdoor pool in some of the casitas. The service was very good and the food fabulous.
For a couple looking to getaway to a quiet, peaceful, location, this is the place. The top three things to do; hiking in the desert, golf and reading. If you're looking to be entertained, go to disneyland. If you're looking for a beautiful serene weekend or week, this is the place.

Room Tip: The private casitas with the outdoor private pool are amazing. . You will never forget this property...

Whether you stay 1 night or the whole weekend, bring the kids, have a girls' or couples romantic weekend, this place has it all. The grounds are clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room, we traveled with our 5 yr old, had a king bed and a nice patio looking out to a pool. There were other larger pools on site as well which we all enjoyed. We ate at the delicious breakfast buffet in the morning before heading back home. This was a well needed relaxing mini-vacation to a place that doesn't have much around it but makes up for it once you get there. I plan on a return visit in the future and indulging in one of their treatments next time, possibly a massage or

the grounds, facilities. and accommodations were very nice.the staff however, was rough around the edges. i had to request towels and water bottles twice before they were delivered.the restaurant had good food but the menu was the same each day and the offerings unimaginative, which would be a problem for stay of more than a few days.no bread was offered before dinner and the bar had no nibbles to go with cocktails. some of the servers though adequate, were not friendly. i had to point out charges for our meal that were forgotten, which does not bode well for the profitable future of the resort. the bar tender joanie was outstanding in all respects.pool beverage service was poor. there is no organized room service menu. there was a very strong sulfurous odor outside of our casita each morning.when passing by staff in golf carts etc no wave or acknowledgement were made to us.la casa del zorro is almost there but certainly not world class by a long shot.

Dear Judyvet,

We regret to hear that your stay with us was anything less than 100% satisfactory. I apologize that your request for towels and water bottles was not handled in a timely manner. This has already been addressed with the appropriate parties. Our team typically receives excellent reviews for service and friendliness, so I can assure you this experience is not typical. Again, we do sincerely apologize.

In response to guest requests, full room service will be offered starting October 17th! Thank you for your feedback and telling us about your experience. We look forward to your return visit!

Was looking for a place to unwind at the end of our kid-busy trek around Southern California, this was it! We stayed 2 nights and loved everything about the resort. We had a deluxe room which we really felt at home in and had the pool pretty much to ourselves. Great drinks, great food, beautiful grounds. Not much to do in this town, but that was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend for a weekend escape!

Stayed three nights in a 2 bdrm casita with private pool. Very comfortable and very well kept. The grounds are nicely maintained and there are many things to do around the resort. Hotel staff was accommodating. We ate in the bar and food was good. The main restaurant was not open this time of year but we went into town and had excellent food at three local places. The fitness center is well stocked and the main pools and courts are excellent. This place is a bit pricy without a discolunt code but a good place to go for a desert get a way. Would recommend.

This vacation was just perfect. The deluxe rooms by the pool had all of the comforts we were looking for. While I'm sure this place is wonderful during peak season, if your looking to relax and unwind, summer is the perfect time to visit the resort. The food was fantastic and they have live entertainment on the weekends. This was my first trip to the desert, but it won't be my last. The staff was so friendly and we felt right at home. What made our stay even more special is the resort is pet friendly and our Caviler King Charles Spaniel was not only welcome (for a fee) but the staff was very accommodating to our little guy as well.

Room Tip: Deluxe Rooms by the pool are great for two, larger group will enjoy he private Casitas
