We planned an extended weekend to central California and ended our trip in Bodega Bay. After stepping onto the deck and admiring the views we immediatey fell in love with the place
Our room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had beautiful granite counter tops and Kohler fixtures, with a glass enclosed double shower. The cool California nights were greeted with a wood burning fireplace that accentuated our comfort.
We found the staff to be very accomodating and friendly. My only regret is not spending more time there. We wish we could have spent our entire California visit at the lodge. We are definitley planning another visit to Bodega Bay Lodge & Spa.

We stayed here during our trip to CA. Even though we had lots of fog and weather was cool, it was a perfect place to unwind. Very quiet and peaceful. Bodega Bay is a quiet area with not a lot of night life, so don't go if you are looking for a party. Rooms had a wonderful view even if it was in the distance. We stayed in an upper deluxe room and it was very spacious and well appointed. While the bathroom needs to be remodeled, it was fine nonetheless. All the employees at front desk & in the restaurant were so pleasant and helpful. We had the bed & breakfast package and breakfast was good...worth the price difference. Complimentry wine and cheese reception in the afternoon was a great way to start off the evening. All in all a wonderful stay. We would go back in a heartbeat and recommend it highly.

Undergoing remodel and you feel it when you arrive. Not quite ready for prime time. Rooms are old and dated. Tried to book a massage and never got a call back. Far from beach and view is mostly of the marsh. At these rates it should be nicer

This lodge is wonderful!!! The room is extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. We booked the bed and breakfast package and was served a delicious breakfast in our room first thing in the morining( the lodge gave an option of either dining in their 5 stars restaurant or room service). What a great getaway!! We would definitely return without hesitation.

I stayed here for 1 night. The rooms are spacious with great views of
the bay (we were on the top floor). They are equpped with wifi, cable
tv, fridge, microwave, and a big bathroom. There is also a gym which was the highlight of the hotel for me. It was clean modern and had all of the latest exercise machines and free weights.

However the whole place could do with a good renovation. The walls need a good paint job, and while we were staying there or bathroom door fell off it's hinges. The staff at the front desk forgot to mention the FOG HORN which can be heard all night, and we could also hear the people in the room next door. We did not eat at the restaurant, so I can't comment there.

This place would be fine at $100-120 per night but at $200 it is a rip off.

We went for our anniversary during the week. The hotel is clean, good
size rooms and has great views. We enjoyed the balcony & fireplace. I would go there again.
