Right off the I 10,new, clean, big flat screen tv, awesome bed and bedding, room was quiet! We were traveling on our Harley's and were worried about them being secure, staff ensured they would be watched. Gas station and mexican restaurant across street. We ordered in Chinese at front desk recommendation was very good. Would stop in here again.

For the most part, the Comfort Suites is an outstanding venue. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I especially liked the petition that separated the love seat and chair from the sleeping area. The staff was pleasant. There were some nice extras like a laundry room that guests could use (and the motel even supplied soap). Even though the motel is the most expensive in town ( We paid $98 senior rate), it was a pretty good (but not great) value. The shortcoming involves the free breakfast. The offerings themselves were good enough (the standard scrambled eggs, sausage patties, etc), but there was far too little seating. There were only two tables for two and two for four, and that meant that many people were eating in the lobby or having to take things back to there room (while their eggs and toast cooled). A second issue was that waffles were available in theory, but they were make your own, and there was just one waffle iron available. Since it made just one waffle (although a large one) at a time and the cooking time took a few minutes each, one either had to stand in line waiting to cook a waffle or, which most people seem to do, just pass them up. It seems that the motel should ensure that guests can reasonably expect to find a table and that the offerings should be readily available.

First off, thank you for the time you spent to review our hotel. We are sorry to hear that there were a few things that prevented you from having an excellent stay with us. Guest satisfaction is our main priority here and we are pleased to see that you were able to take advantage of one of our periodical weekend special discounts.

We would like to note that we typically have three tables that seat four people in the dining area at all times however, at the time of your stay one of our tables had a broken leg and was being repaired. Since your stay we have purchased an extra table just in case so that we will always have adequate seating.

At this hotel we take all criticism as constructive and work towards resolving issues in a timely manner to better serve the needs of our guests; at the time of this writing we have purchased and installed a second waffle iron so nobody has to wait for their freshly made Belgian waffles in the morning.

We appreciate your insight and hope to see you again in the future and if there is any other way we can improve our facilities please let us know! Take care.

This was our third stay over the course of the last year or so and it is great to see that the hotel is being "kept up". It is just a bit over a year old and sees a lot of traffic. The housekeeping staff is doing a great job keeping it clean and new looking! Overall, the staff is very friendly and interested in making the stay feel "at home". Healthy choices for breakfast! Thomas at the front desk and Sylvia in the breakfast cafe are outstanding in making us feel welcomed back! Very comfortable mattresses and spacious rooms! It's just what we need!!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The room was by far the best we had on our vacation (stayed at similar priced and rated hotels)! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel as its very clean and quiet!

We recently were traveling from San Diego to Sedona and decided to stop the night at the halfway point - - Blythe. We chose the Comfort Suites because it had such a high rating. Also, when I was shopping for a hotel, I read the reviews and comments for several other hotels. I found some hotels that were much cheaper, but they generally got mediocre (or worse) reviews. So I decided to splurge a bit and go for a hotel with very good ratings.

The hotel was built about a year ago. The lobby is spacious and very attractive. There were a couple of computers available in the lobby for guest use. There was also a breakfast room. The selection of breakfast food was wide and included both hot and cold food items. It was a very good breakfast and was included with our night's stay.

The room was nicely laid out, attractive, and very clean. The decor gave the impression of a high-end hotel. We were very pleased. My only criticism is that we heard freeway road noise at night for large trucks. We woke up a few times from some of the noise. We stayed in a King suite at the north end of the building. IIRC, the King suites are all located at that end. The queen suites are along the side. I think that if I stay there again I'll ask for a room further from the freeway.

Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Room Tip: Consider staying in a room at the south end - - it will probably be more quiet.

I stayed at this Comfort-Inn January 23-27, 2012. The room was just as described in the subject above. This hotel is new, so everything is up-to-date. I had a spacious king suite and was very comfortable. The single down side would be looking out the window and seeing Rt 10. This hotel is literally at the Rt10 exit. It was a little loud because of traffic noise, so maybe ask for a room on the other side of the hotel or bring earplugs. At the hotel, there are food items to purchase as well as beverages. I ended up being sick for 2 days and appreciated the cold Gatorade right there for purchase. A SUBWAY is right next door, and other restaurants and a grocery store within 1 mile. I enjoyed a meal at Rosita's Mexican Restaurant. It is really easy to get around town and there is very little traffic.

Room Tip: Choose a room that doesn't face Rt10 - it might be quieter
