“Cute touristy village”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 19, 2012

Cute shops but a lot are overpriced. Lots of places to eat but nothing that stands out. Definitely a great place to stroll around & it's very pet friendly.
Definitely hit North Pole Fudge & Ice Cream. :)

“We Enjoyed the Shopping and Spa”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 7, 2012

The village was a great area and the whole family enjoyed it. We were in Big Bear for a week and we visited the village at least three times. First, the shopping was good. Many nice shops for all types of buyers. They had artwook, t-shirts, restaurants, movie theatres, and a spa. We went to the movies twice, the spa once, ate at the restaurants, and shopped each time. It was a great time, not to be missed.

“Interesting Shops”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 1, 2012

There are some interesting shops and really nice restaurants as well as sweet shoppes around the village. One can spend a few hours walking around and going into the different shops. I bought some good fudge and bakery items while there.

“The wife loves it!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 17, 2012

I hate to shop but not my wife. This place is a perfect spot for her to get lost for an afternoon while I bike or ski in season. Lots of small shops that don't seem to mind that my wife looks at a lot of things before buying something that she many times will return for an exchange. At an appointed time and place in the village, we meet for dinner at one of the excellent restaurants. All ends well!
