The hotel was nice enough from outside, and the rooms were pretty cool on the inside. BUT, the walls were very thin and annoying. We got a call from the front desk at 9:30 that there was a noise complaint. Ridiculous! It was 3 girls total, getting ready for a night out on the town. And we weren't loud at all, aside from the hair dryer etc. We knew the stay was going to be a night mare from there. We had to be very quiet as to avoid getting another noise complaint till we left around 10. We ended up spending a ton of money on cabs going to an after party so we wouldn't end up being loud at the hotel at the end of the night. Then around 6 Am the neighbors next door woke up and stated there day. we could here everything; the toilet, the toilet paper dispenser, the shower, hair dryer, the phone- Everything.

The pool was closed due to construction, we complained about the thin walls and noise, and we were told that they had heard this many times and that they were working on the problem.

i wouldn't stay there unless they were giving a great deal and i wasn't planning to spend much time in the room.

I went to Beverly Hills for an event and decided to stay a little more locally... I looked at the hotels online and found the new Thompson Beverly Hills.

I had quite the experience!

From making my reservation to check-in to check-out, the entire staff was just fabulous! The hotel itself was also pretty amazing... it has a very cool style that is chic and comfy at the same time. I'll probably be back again in summer when that rooftop pool and bar are open... can't wait!

I booked my reservation through Stacey & Jenna in sales who were very perfect. The hotel is excellent!

Great location, service & food...

Location is right on Wilshire in Beverly Hills - A quick walk to shopping and restaurants...

Service was amazing, most boutique hotels aren't on point like this.

I loved the food. Bond Street has amazing Japanese food/Sushi

Definitely will be back..

Stayed for 6 nights in late March 2008, thought the hotel was great though the roof top pool area is still being completed. This worked out to be great though as the front desk arranged for us to use the (very luxurious) pool at their sister hotel "The Rousevdlt" on sunset strip where there was a Playboy golf convention on one of the evenings, being a 25 year old bloke this was a highlight compared to a hindrance.

The location is great, just 2 blocks from Rodeo drive and the hotel used in Pretty woman. Staff are excellent especially Andrea in concierge who sorted us out with great trips and excellent restaurant choices. Car parking is expensive but Taxi's in the US are less than half what you'd pay in the UK, plus there's allsorts of coach trips if you want to travel a little further a field.

Overall – A fantastic location and great staff make this a good hotel, which will be excellent once the pool and ABH (above Beverly hills) rooftop bar are open.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in April, booked direct with the hotel, at a cost of 259$ per night plus tax, you also have to pay to park your car 28$ plus tax a day. The pool is no where near completed, the lifts are a mess, very very dark rooms ours was all black, black corridors, Iknow its boutique hotel but this is a bit much. The only good thing is the location for Beverely Hills.
When we explained to the staff that we were not informed of the pool, they said the website needs updating.
