We spent 4 incredible nights at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The service is superb, food is great and they accomodate your every needs. We were a reunion group of girls and what fun we had. The rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable ,spaciousand luxurious. Big towels, bathrobes and nice amenities. A fruit bowl is placed in your room daily. We were surprised with a bottle of Champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries and some wonderful sweet treats. We splurged and got a cabana for 2 days which was well worth it for all of us and the service. You are able to eat by the pool and served drinks as well. Each cabana has a flat screen TV and two changing rooms. The pool is great and has music piped in underwater. The hot tub is a wonderful warm temperature. The restaurants are excellent and again the service is superb. You are welcomed as if you are the only guest. No request is denied. We had a memorable and incredible weekend. You won't be disappointed. Well worth the money.

My Aunt and I stayed one night at the Beverly Hills Hotel on the 29th November 2008. We are from Australia and i love Beverly HIlls so for a special treat we decided to stay one night at the Beverly Hills Hotel before heading off to Las Vegas. We arrived via taxi straight from the airport after a very long 14 hour flight from Austrlia. We tried to check in at 10am when we arrived but our room was not ready. We had booked on the BHH website the Breakfast in Beverly HIlls Package and requested a room with two double beds. Upon checking in we were told that there were no rooms available with two double beds. I was not very happy with that as we had had our reservation booked for 7 months prior and didn't understand why there was not a double room. The front desk staff were very friendlly and tried to fix our sitiation. The staff member said that they will try to work something out for us and to come back at 2pm. So we took the hotel limo to Rodeo Dve and felt like like a star.
We returned to the hotel a little after 2pm and the staff said that there was still no room available. I said very nicely that that is not acceptable as we came along way to stay here and this was a treat for us and we didn't want to have to share a bed. They did offer a roller away bed but i felt for the price we were paying for the room that a roller away bed also was not acceptable. After a little time had past they informed us that they would upgrade us to a bungalow suite which had two double beds. I was over joyed and very pleased.
The front desk staff member escorted us to our private bungalow which was tucked away amongst the beautiful green garden. ( i understand why celebrities stay here as it is totally private, each with seperate enterance with out having to go through the hotel lobby).
The room itself was the nicest room i have ever stayed in and it's attention to detail was amazing. The bathroom was huge and the beds were so comfortable. We didn't want to leave the room.
We had breakfast in the Polo Lounge, it was early Sunday morning, and wasn't that busy when we were there. The service was outstanding and the wait staff were very friendly and accomodating. It was the nicest bacon and eggs i have Ever had, it was of the highest quality, we enjoyed it so much. We have a table by the window and it was such a lovely setting.

I enjoyed my stay at he BHH and would love one day to stay there again but if i don't i will always have great memories. Even though we had trouble with our room, it was refreshing at how the staff did all they could to make our stay 5 star. They treat everyone with equal respect even if you are just a simple girl from Australia and not a movie star.
I would recommend anyone who can afford to stay at this hotel to stay there just once in their lifetime, you won't regret it.

The highlight of my stay was by far the pool. Not only is it a very nice, large size, but there is a constant music soundtrack playing underwater that you can hear clearly once you were submerged. I've never seen anything like that before and it blew me away! The poolside staff were also super friendly. I also got a massage at the Spa and the facilities are also extremely nice. Personally, I would go back just for the pool. :)

We had such a wonderful week stay here! The staff were the best! The rooms perfect! the food outstanding! The service tremendous! and again, the staff were ALL PERFECT! Did I say that the famous guests were also fun to see? The hotel is compact and wraps around the central focus of an entertaining swimming pool and cabana area. We had such a wonderful time hanging out by the pool and enjoying lunch there. The Polo Lounge had tremendous food and we LOVED the Japanese Breakfast! Wow! The hostesses and waitstaff were always friendly and welcoming. The young men who parked the cars were entertaining, hard working and always professional but fun! The best was that the hotel offered a stretch limo that would take you anywhere within a 10 minute radius for free. My son, who has Down's Syndrome, loved getting rides to all the different shopping areas and the drivers bent over backwards to be helpful and kind. the front desk were wonderful. I enjoyed a fantastic haircut in the salon! Thank you so much! And the room was perfect! Clean... the room service food was wonderful. The bathrooms were spacious marble with gigantic tubs and lots and lots of room. the room had its own fax machine and a lovely sitting area with a great window to watch people come and go. just enough flora to remind you that you are in a tropical ecosystem. The shopping malls nearby were lots of fun. My daughters school friend who was also visiting LA that week called us and asked who was ZZ TOP as he just had a nice conversation with a man with a long beard, and the doormen later told him he was a musician for ZZ Top. My daughter was thrilled to get her photo taken with Paris Hilton. All in all, the entire stay was the best entertainment. We did enjoy an afternoon away at the Disneyland, but it was so nice to return to the hotel and relax in the sumptuous surroundings.

I will use this hotel as a bench mark for other hotels.. The staff was excellent, room was excellent. My wife broke her foot and is in a walking cast, we were sitting in the polo lounge when a staff member asked her if she would like a pillow for her foot. They brought one from housekeeping. This is the example of how our two days were . We will be returning.

Can only agree with all the other reviews--this is a wonderful hotel, where you are treated specially. We flew from London and were hot and exhausted and yet felt relaxed and wonderful as soon as we arrived and raced down to the beautiful pool. Dinner in the restaurant was also really good. The staff are unfailingly courteous and helpful, the attention to detail, from fresh baked delicious cookies when you arrive, to the charming pool boys who lay out fluffy white towels by the pool, to delicious breakfasts....We stayed in an ordinary room and the bathroom was huge and really nice. They might update the televisions but, otherwise this is a perfect hotel and I would stay here every time I was in LA. Given that we were a couple with 2 children the rate of $400 a night which included breakfast, was not unreasonable.

Every aspect of the service here is excellent. Lots of attention to detail (bookmarks for any books you leave in your room is a good example!), lots of genuine caring staff and everybody gets to know your name very quickly. Great dining on the patio in the Polo Lounge. It doesn't get much better than this.
