The Beverly Hills Hotel is an institution to be experienced. The service is impeccable and the renovated rooms are wonderful. The pool is a lot of fun. They ask that you do not take pictures. Be prepared for everything to be VERY expensive. This is one of those places that if you have to ask how much, you probably should not stay here. But, this is an experience that everyone should have at least once...

I had come here as a child with my parents, then later as a business traveler. I was here in April for family vacation. We checked in and were immediately up graded to the Marilyn Monroe Bungalow, which our daughters found thrilling. Every need was not just met, it was anticipated. When one of my daughters and I decided we wanted to go surfing, within 25 minutes we were renting equipment on Santa Monica beach. A fabulous day for us. We can't wait to go back next spring, or maybe for New Years. Forget Palm Beach, we love LA!!!

Santa Monica is a wonderful area and just a hop, skip and jump away from the hotel. It's wonderful that you have a true local's experience by renting an apartment there.

My fiance just got back from this hotel. Service was amazing, the room was great, the food was fantastic. Everyone from Valet to the front desk people were obviously trained well and they deliver. I would highly recomend this hotel, we LOVED IT!!!! The pool was also 5 stars as were all the staff. They didnt let 15 minutes go by without asking if we needed a drink, water, new towels, or food.. First in class.

We weighed several options for our stay and decided the Beverly Hills hotel was the one. We were right. Impeccable service, smartly appointed rooms and privacy were part of the stay.

We had a seven-year old with us and worried about people complaining. I know I wouldn't want a rambunctious crowd if I was paying that money. But she is well behaved and fit right in. The staff adore children and it wasn't a problem.

Yes the opulence, history, and celebrity sitings all came into play but this hotel just delivers on its promise.

We will definitely return.

We have just come back from the Beverly Hills Hotel and it’s our 3rd visit to the hotel this year from the UK.
We like LA it’s a fun and sociable place but we love the hotel more than anything and that's the reason we keep going back to LA.
The staff are very helpful and warm, it has the luxury of a 5 star hotel but is very personal and not over the top, we are just ordinary people who work hard and there are obviously very influential people who stay at the hotel but we can honestly say that we do not feel out of place, the staff have a way of making you feel very comfortable.

The food is excellent whether it be in the Fountain room, the Polo Lounge or room service.
Without the staff the hotel would not be as unique as it is they are wonderful.

Ruth, Denise, Jerry, Horrario, Gloria and the other staff in the Fountain bar are wonderful. Brian (security) is lovely, The Welsh man & Branden on the main desk are always very helpful, the cleaners, the valet man are always very pleasant and this time we met Jimmy who works at the bar in the Polo Lounge, he was great fun.

We are not political but would like to point out that a lot of the oil in the cars in America comes from Saudi, let’s see if the hypocrites who boycott the hotel start riding around on push bikes.

There’s a fine line in sticking to what you believe in and hurting others in the process, you can’t boycott a hotel because it is owned by a man who chooses to practice a law in his own country and use the oil to drive your car from another country that practice the same laws that you are supposedly against that’s hypocritical.

The Sultan of Brunei is so rich he‘s probably forgotten he owns the hotel haha, he is not pushing his beliefs on the staff or the Clients who go to the hotel and the only people who will suffer will be the hard working staff who rely on the custom of the hotel.
