“The long wait ruined the meal”
Reviewed July 23, 2014

Admittedly it was a busy Saturday night, however we were told by the hostess at the door it would be a 30 minute wait so went for a wander to pass the time, when we returned we were told we would be up next for a table, 10 minutes later and still no call up despite seeing other parties of the same size as us get led forward to a table. Ordered food and drinks and another 40 minute wait for our food in a dark corner of the restaurant. When it finally arrived it was pretty tasty but we had completely lost our appetites after waiting for a total of 90 minutes for a table and then food. No chance we were waiting for dessert after the main course experience which was a shame since it was renowned for its cheesecakes.

“Quick Bit to Eat”
Reviewed July 20, 2014

Went here with our tour company for lunch. Very small location, crowded! My husband's order was lost so we had to wait while our group ate, he did get the offer of soup while he waited. Bathrooms are upstairs from the dining area, not the best location. Food was decent and dessert was great!

“crowded but fair prices”

Nothing fancy, sitting too close together like cattle.
Bathrooms were clean, prices are fair, service slow due to overcrowding

“Chain Restaurant Stodge”
Reviewed July 9, 2014 via mobile

Came here for breakfast, because my partner had heard it was good. Don't think we will ever go back.
Massive portions of tasteless stodge - great if you like lots of tasteless food, but awful if you are looking for a good tasty meal.
The lattes were average, better than Starbucks, but not a touch on places like Tiago in Hollywood.
Perhaps this isn't the place to go for breakfast.

“Delicious meal in the original Cheesecake Factory location!”
Reviewed June 23, 2014

Enjoyed a delicious lunch earlier this month at the Beverly Hills Cheesecake Factory. It was mid-afternoon on a Sunday, and our party of three was seated immediately. Server Andrew was very attentive and both he and the management worked diligently with us to ensure a "safe" dining experience for my son, who has a severe peanut allergy. You'd think that a place called The Cheesecake Factory (filled with desserts, many containing peanuts) would NOT be a good dining choice for our family, but I had read about their handling of allergies and we tried it. My son declared "the best meal ever," topped off with a Godiva brownie sundae specially made for him in the kitchen so there would be no cross-contamination. Kudos to the management for giving us one of the highlights of our vacation!
