We stayed at Mosaic Hotel for two nights and our experience was fantastic. We had a King Suite in one of the corners. The room was very spacious.

The location could not have been better. It is a quick walk to Rodeo Drive with great access to some of the best restaurants around.

We can't wait to go back.

We go to LA four or five times a year, this past weekend we and two other couples choose to stay at the Mosaic Hotel in Beverly Hills. We've often stayed at the Montage, but for the money the Mosaic is by far the best value in town. We had a king bed, the sheets and pillows are amazing and rooms are decent size. The rooms are very nicely appointed, updated and well kept. It is close to everything, walking to shopping and dinning is easier than driving. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we used their driver and their Mercedes Benz SUV to get us to a private residence in BH. I will now always check out the rates and availability here at the mosaic before I book any hotel in BH. We did not use the pool, however it looked well kept and inviting. This will be our new choice to stay when in LA.

Room Tip: The rooms on the second floor with the little out doors patios are really nice. Also room 302 was gr...

This hotel is very solid on every dimension. It won't blow you away in luxury, but you won't pay luxury prices, either. You can't beat the neighborhood: quiet yet perfectly central to Beverly Hills, half a block from the famed Wilshire Blvd and a few blocks from the even more famous Rodeo Drive. They have a good parking facility and a quaint little pool with a couple of cabanas for outdoor seating/dining. The bar area is pretty small and I wouldn't plan on serious dining but great for a little breakfast or a late lunch/snack after you get settled in. The rooms are good size...not cramped like the typical boutique and all the furnishings are impeccable. The bed is VERY comfortable, rivaling Westin or the Ritz and the bathroom is very up-to-date and clean. You couldn't ask for more for the price you pay.

Location, Location, Location. This Hotel is ideally placed to allow the visitor to LA to thoroughly enjoy the delights of Beverly Hills. The location allows for walking to all the key areas of Beverly Hills whislt still offering good access for taxi cab transfer to downtown LA, Santa Monica and Hollywood.
The rooms are on the small side if travelling with family but if just a couple on your own enjoying some adult escape time they are perfect. Bulgari bath and shower gels are a great offering. The Hotel has a fantastic and undersold heated swimming pool to the rear. Surrounded by deckchairs this area is a fantastic respite in the afternoon sun from the hustle and bustle of LA.
We were staying in the Hotel with our two boys and four pieces of luggage. This explains our sense of smallness surrounding the size of the rooms. The service from the staff was patchy - needed to ask daily for four towels, toilet flush poor and then blocked! coffee wasn't replenished daily but these were relatively small irritations We ordered room service on our last evening and the food was delivered timeously and very warm. We were delayed in getting into LAX and advised the Hotel in advance. They honoured the rate that we had booked via the web. The Hotel represents great value for money.
In summary Mosaic is a value for money boutique Hotel ideally located for exploring Beverly Hills. It needs to work on its attention to detail in regard customer service but quirky additions in terms of luxury toileteries and an oppulent city centre swimming pool make this Hotel well worth a visit.

Room Tip: Ideal for couples.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to celebrate our wedding anniversary at this great hotel. Both the accommodations and the staff were outstanding! The weather was on the warm side, so we took the opportunity to spend some time poolside in the double wide cushioned lounge chairs while enjoying a nice bottle of champagne and a plate of fresh fruit. The pool temp was just right!

Brandon and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome, and the service was top notch!

Location is also a huge plus, as it is walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.

It was an all around incredible experience!

We just loved our stay at this bootique hotel! The staff was so friendly, so helpful, so uncompromising and so able to please our party. The hotel is walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants in BH that you really just have to park your car $30/night and walk to the heart of BH. But if you don't want to walk, take the hotel's car with driver (Steven was our fantastic driver) and was courteous, professional and always on time. You can take the car when available for 1 mile - close! The beds were extremely comfortable, poolside was quiet and decorative. Showers and amenities fantastic too. Out our window, we could see Penninsula hotel and enjoyed that we were experiencing SOMETHING different. Thank you Mosaic - we will definitely be visiting again!

Room Tip: Overlooking the pool rooms are quiet - even when people are in the pool!

I just stayed at this hotel for one day on a business trip. I was attending a conference being held at the Beverly Hilton just a few blocks away, but that hotel was fully-booked so I chose the Mosaic. The Mosaic was significantly better than the Beverly Hilton in every way. I know that is not a really fair comparison as the Mosaic is a small, boutique hotel whereas the Beverly Hilton is massive. Regardless, the Mosaic came out ahead due to (i) more friendly and helpful staff, (ii) nicer amenities, and (iii) better value for money.

My room, although small, had all the amenities one would need, including a comfortable bed, Bulgari toiletries, lots of TV channels (including BBCAmerica!), etc. The fixtures have much more personality than other hotesl in the area.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the real stars here though are the staff. They were all exeptionally friendly and professional. When you're away from home, it's just so nice to be around such pleasant folks - they really made a mundane business trip more fun overall.

Other reviewers have commented on the construction around the hotel, but I didn't really notice any noise. I actually was appreciative of the fact that the hotel is located in a slightly residential area but close to all of the key areas in Beverly Hills. That adds a lot of charm to the place.
