“Great boutique hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 1, 2012

A great location, short walk to everything in Beverly Hills. Reasonably priced compared to the stuffy impersonal "names". I have stayed here four times and always had excellent service. P.S. and there's a Starbucks right behind the hotel !

Room Tip: the rooms in the main building are best

I recently stayed at the mosaic hotel on business trip...the hotel rooms are very nice and cozy and well done with nice amenities like bulgari in the washrooms. The staff is very good and helpful all the time and makes you feel at home. I didn’t try the food at the restaurant but the Bar is nice and specially the people there. Only negative is that the Air conditioning is little noisy some times.....but overall a great stay

Yes. you pay Beverly Hills prices, but that's unavoidable if you need to stay in that area. A quiet botique hotel were the staff go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. Checked in early, as I had a 12:00 business appointment - they upgraded the room one notch because it was ready. When I needed a nearby dinner suggestion they produced three menus and a recommendation. The recommendation was right on target. The courtesy car was great. Wouldn't want to pull up to a restaurant in Beverly Hills in less than a Black Mercedes. I was there only one night, but would have gladly stayed a week.

We have enjoyed two stays at this hotel in the last few years. The staff is very helpful and personable. In our experience the Standard rooms are a touch cozy and the Kings are roomy (ours was on a corner). We love the location, the intimate feeling, the quiet neighborhood (even though just off Wilshire Blvd), and the decor. Quick and easy Valet service. Both trips were for relaxation, shopping, and sightseeing with teenage children. A great place to feel pampered and still have privacy. We also noticed the air conditioner was little noisy, as noted in a previous review.
On our first trip we had dinner by the pool with still dripping teens. That was fun and relaxing. Great restaurant service but not extended hours. If you want service at late hours the staff will help you with take-out / delivery menus.

I stayed here with 3 teenagers, we had 2 rooms. The rooms overlooking the pool are nicer, in my opinion, as the pool area is quaint and fun. The bar here is good, the bartender fantastic! Happy Hour food is delicious and wine pours generous. The service here is great in general. Do yourself a favor and have breakfast and get the French toast. I think it should be their signature dish and this comes from someone not big on breakfast in general. We used the shuttle service a few times and it was a fabulous perk, especially in this area. Restaurant recommendations from the front desk are great. One small irritation; upon checking out I was simply handed the receipt, no "thank you" or "hope you had a pleasant stay"- just the receipt. I thought it was kind of strange seeing as the rest of the stay had been so wonderful. Other than that, I would not hesitate to recommend this super cute and well located hotel and I will stay here again.

Room Tip: Go for a room on the pool side instead of the street side. Utilize their shuttle service!

A very tasteful and welcoming hotel in Beverly Hills, a few meters away from Rodeo Drive.
We had 2 rooms facing the garden/pool and, except a little noise coming out of the air conditioning fen, it was very quiet, which is almost impossible in Los Angeles.
Front desk staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast superb.
