We've been to this park a couple of times and have enjoyed walking the perimeter in both cases.
It's a place for simple pleasures--walking and biking, enjoying the strong breeze coming off the bay, noting the wildlife, and taking in the views. It's also a good place for geocachers--and we appreciated the accessibility of most of the caches, since we were out with children. The park is a nice respite from the area traffic and the "Pacific tweeness" of Berkeley.
