We've been there several times in the past and liked it. Recently, it was mixed, both the food and the service. The house-made charcuterie was fantastic, all of it, along with the pickled vegetables that came with it. The braised beef was dry, though.
And surprisingly the service was inattentive. Drinks took a long time to arrive, the waiter didn't seem to be paying attention, so it took a long while to order a second drink. I don't like the hoveriingly-attentive style at all, but this was at the other end of the spectrum.
Maybe it was just an off night.
