We went hiking on Sunday with my nephews scout group. We started the hike from the Little farm and went upto the peak .It was a clear day and we had great sightings of the Goldengate Bridge from the Top.The total hike took about an hour and is perfect to go with kids.It is moderately straneous but the views keep you going. It Can get a little slippery if it has rained. On the way back we stopped at the farm and the kids loved seeing the farm animals and also fed the cows.
We then went to the nature center where the history of the valley is explained very well.It also has the a lot of information on the flaura and fauna of the place. On the way out we saw park rangers holding some snakes. The kids learnt a lot about the snakes and also got to hold them. Good hike and park to visit with Kids.
