Go Bears! Beautiful campus. Great academic atmosphere. I had a great time when I was there. UCB is close to the Berkeley Repertory Theater. My favorite theater. Go bears! Go Bears! Go Bears!

What a fantastic place to share with students from all over the world. This cafe is open to the public and you can share the space with the young movers and shakers of the next generation.Great Campus feel. Bell tower impressive.

Very disappointed with the 'new' Memorial Stadium. We have been season ticket holders for a number of years. The recent remodeling of the stadium is unfortunately one-sided catering to the well-to-do alums who can afford the exorbitant prices to sit on the west side of the stadium. Little to no improvements was made to the poorer student-side of the stadium other than replacing the older wooden benches with recycled metal benches from the upgraded west side. The seat and leg-room on the student side is ridiculous. It is impossible to get comfortable with the cramped seating and someone's knees always in your back (and yours in the person in front of you). The east side still has porta-poddies and limited concessions. For the ticket prices and the amount of money ($321M?) that went into the 'new' stadium, one would have expected better. All the money went into the high-priced donor west side where they have AT&T Park-style seating and new bench seating with backs and wider assigned seating areas; plus all the toilet facilities on the west side though have been completely replaced with modern ones, the concessions boast an AT&T look and food selection, and the concourses widened (try getting out of your seat on the east side to get a drink or use the 'facilities' - GOOD LUCK!). All in all, the experience has been so unsatisfactory that I have been giving my season tickets on the east side away. I love the Bears but hate the 'new' stadium. The west side donor section with the nicer seats has never been filled for any of the games including the recent Big Game with Stanford (what does that tell you about the prices?!). Beware of the constant barrage of advertising you will be subjected to from the new scrolling electronic advertisement banners. You may need sunglasses if you intend to watch a night game from the east side as they have half the new floodlights pointed directly in your eyes. What a mess. I will not be renewing my season tickets. Go Bears!

Walked around the campus and was so jealous - nothing like my college days.... But so pleased my son has a stunning temporary home like this to continue his studies in

It is just a campus...we explored the gym, a library. It is pretty, with trees and plants. There wasn't much going on, but that was okay.
