The staff who handled our check in was friendly and efficient. Cleanliness of the guestroom was at an acceptable level. However, the in room safe-box and coffee marker were faulty. Breakfast was not bad.

We stayed in this hotel for few nights in March while visiting Palm Springs area. We knew from previous reviews about the faults of this hotel and we did not expect much for the price we paid. Unfortunately it proved to be a bad choice.

The hotel is right by hwy 10 and the railway track. The noise from the highway was not so bad but the train whistling very loud few times during the night was much worse. It did not help that hotel is made of paper thin walls and has laminated floors in rooms. The not very considerate neighbours added to the disturbance. The wifi was breaking frequently or was not available at times. The microwave was broken.

The breakfast room is absolute disaster. Ridiculously small with only one common table with 6 chairs around. Hard to walk around it. Food was relatively decent though for this type of a motel (cereals, boiled eggs, waffles, pastries, bagels).

Generally the area around is not very pleasant, looks like an abandoned town except the Sizzler is next door for dinner and is quite busy. Something in Beaumont would be a better choice.

It is really too bad because the personnel was super friendly and helpful.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless for one night with good earplugs.

Room tip: Away from highway - but not of much help due to the loud train.

If the freeway was further away, and the train tracks were somewhere else, this would be a nice place. Crank the AC fan up and the bathroom fan and you'll get a good night's sleep. Rooms are fine, staff was great

It was cheap, but I was not able to sleep all night due to the traffic!! The freeway is literally next to the hotel. You can hear everything at night. I do not recommend this hotel. Look elsewhere if you need a good sleep.

This is a typical budget-priced roadside motel by Travelodge. The room was good and clean and what little staff interaction I had was fine. There are 2 drawbacks to this business. First, it is located literally just about 20 yards from the nearest traffic lane of I-90, which is a major national freeway. Truck traffic was heavy all night and there is a major freight rail line just on the other side of the freeway. We also had double-decker freight trains going by periodically throughout the night. This was all quite noisy, and our room was one of the farthest ones from the freeway. The 2nd drawback is that the dining area for the free breakfast consists of only 1 table with 6 chairs in a tiny room. For a motel with about 40 guest rooms, this is entirely insufficient and we skipped our free breakfast to eat nearby at a restaurant. I realize they need to offer the breakfast to compete with other motels in their price range, but they simply don't have the room for it.
