When we arrived we were not greeted very well. The desk clerk seemed indifferent and was not very helpful. She generally pointed out the door and told us our room was in the next building. Well out of 5 buildings there, we finally found it after a 10 minute search. This really annoyed us! After we found that our favorite Tv station was blocked then I went to the desk and expressed my dissatisfaction. I was blown off with an excuse that it would be repaired tomorrow. I've come to realize that Best Western is hostile towards carrying Fox News. In all of the BW's I've visited only 1 carried this station.

Good location in central area, close to 99 freeway, and downtown, Costco gas, Wal-Mart, Target + Restaurants Popular stop on California tours. Used by many businesses and contractors as good value, new big flat screens TV's, fast internet connection

I stay at this motel along with my employees 4 times a year. My primary reason is location and Best Western rewards. It is an older motel that could use some TLC. the rooms near the front are nicer than the remaining rooms along the north, east and south sides. Updating and refurbishing would be nice, however it appears to be a low priority with owners. Most clerks are friendly and helpful but there are a few who are rude and not interested in helping or making visitors stay less stressful.

We were pleased with the service, room was clean and staff was friendly. Included a breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Wi Fi in room worked well. Price was a little higher than the places across the street and nearby but the place was a lot nicer. No problems and if you're going to the Crystal palace you can walk there. Staff at restaurant were very friendly.

great location off Hwy CA99..good looking hotel, rooms are typical BW, only problem was the motion sensor lights in the room kept shutting the lights off every few minutes .. called maintenance to fix but that didn't work. Breakfast is from a menu in their attached restaurant, a nice change from the usual fare .. reasonable rates, very clean .. likely will be back to stay in a few months..

This place surprised me. I was on my way to Furnace Creek, CA for a bicycle race. Good location just off SR 58 & 99 about half way to my destination. Hotel has older decor but featured a clean, very spacious room and a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided as part of the stay is by far the best I've had at a Best Western. I was considering staying at a Marriott property but no availability on points. For the price, about 60% of an equivalent Marriott property, this place is an absolute steal. I also have to thank the staff for directing me to the Mexican restaurant about a half block away - great, authentic food at decent prices.

This place was a total disaster. The front desk clerk was disinterested. You have to go on a day hike to get to your room. Accomodations are minimal. Just sheets and a blanket, no bedspread. Worst of all, people all night long yelling and screaming in the back parking lot. Stay away from this place!
