We went for a Valentines dessert and there was a long line at the door. The hostess said since we only wanted dessert we would get in right away. She said the kitchen was "backed up" but since the servers made the desserts we didn't have to wait. When we got into the seating area about 5 min later we could see the place was at least half empty. We ordered the apple crisp with ice-cream and a warm brownie with ice-cream. Both were SO SWEET I couldn't eat my share (we always order 2 diff things and share). Why do these places have to use SO MUCH sugar? It was sickly sweet and much tooooo rich. The bill was less than $7 for both and they were fair sized servings. In fact the crisp was very large. We thought the price was great.... too bad the food wasn't.
