“Poor Resturant”
Reviewed November 29, 2011

Resturant very poor. Duty Management not interested in their staff. Eat at Mc Donalds Next door or local pub!

Room Tip: Try to get room on back of building. Noise from Main Road can be a problem

good place to stay for easy access to places such as mevagisse, polperro and looe, frendly staff and excelent outdoor store, supermarket and guift shop just across the road. One thing i found was that it was must to book a table for dinner as soon as you booked in,i did not and when i asked later in the resturant i was told with much suprise that because i had not book it would be at least aa two hour wait.

ps if you have a room at the rear of the hotel at weekends make sure you close the windows the boy racers use it as drag strip.

excellent stay as local to a lot off towns and not far from the coast

Room Tip: if less agile we would recommend a ground floor room as there is no lift

This hotel had friendly staff ,made the kids feel welcome and the bed was extremely spacious and comfy in fact I slept better there than at home! Only quibble I had was that there were no drinks provided for the kids, who like hot chocolate before bedtime and none in the vending machine in the foyer Breakfast choice was fantastic and staff were all friendly

I can endorse most of the good reviews for this hotel. It is excellent value particularly if you can secure a £29 room. The rooms are in very good condition, comfortable, and spacious

I have not tried the food so can't comment on it.

Check in was efficient and friendly. There is ample free parking. The location is handy for mid Cornwall, near to most attractions and towns in the area. It is close to the A30 which is a busy road. So you can expect some road noise if you require the windows to be open.

Kingsley Village Outlets is across the road. It appears to have quite a lot but prices seem to be on the steep side.

There is a McDonalds next to it, and a filling station which sells newspapers.

Overall a very good hotel for a short stay.

I always use Premier Inn when it is close enough to my destination. I find the staff very friendly, the rooms are always clean and well appointed ant the beds very comfy. Whilst I normally use P I when on business If my wife and I need a night away or maybe a weekend I will always book with them as I know she can be spoilt for a little while. I still miss the ginger biscuits though and would gladly forfeit a towel!!!.

Room Tip: Who cares, they're all good as far as I can see.
