Delightful RV park excelling in location. Who can imagine being able to park a big rig and having full hook-ups w/50 amps, all within 80 feet of the mighty Mississippi? Good base for sightseeing in Memphis, if you can tear yourself from watching the river and an occasional barge passing by. Some sites are treeless in the sun, but if you get a site with a tree, that along with the breeze off the river, makes the July heat very bearable.

The park is below the levy and could flood if the river gets extremely high, so all buildings like the restrooms, laundry and office are on wheels so that they can be moved higher if there is rising water. Interesting. Also, the laundry is free!

The staff is helpful and friendly.

This is the place where the big RVs park with no problem. There is plenty of room here for everything! The only amenities are showers, toilets and free laundry and all are well maintained. There were only a couple of showers but since the majority of RVs staying here were huge, they were only shared by a few of us small RV folks.
There were no kids here as there is nothing for them to do. (If I had kids with me, I would not stay here)
The view of the Mississippi and the barges were fabulous! We had the end waterfront spot with a clear view but all of the sites were nice. Most of them had trees for shade.
While we were there, a storm blew through and took a tree down across the entrance road. A crew was there within minutes to clear it away. The owners are hardworking and ever-present.
Although West Memphis is a bit rough (understatement), there is no problem staying here. It is tucked away and across a levee.
Highly, highly recommend!!

This is a great place for either an overnite or exploring Memphis. The park is on a barge canal and there is traffic on the river all day. Cost is $35 with Good Sam for full hook up on concrete pads. No pool, but you are here for the sights in Memphis which is five minutes away. SUGGESTION. Follow their directions to the park of the interstate, don't do your GPS as it takes you through town. When pulling into the campground you hope you make the right decision and once they bring you to your site, you know you made the right decision. Almost all the sites have perfect river views as all sites are angled just right. The daily barge traffic and river traffic is so amazing, mesmerizing and interesting to watch. The sites are all level and literally right on the water. There is nothing else at campground as this is the main attraction but nice quiet campground that everyone just sits around watching the barge traffic on river. As the web sites mentions, they do get flooded and you can see why being right on river. The prior flood pictures and signs around campground blow your mind to see how high the water got. The water was very low during our visit so no issues. The campground is about 2-3 miles from highway exit and the highway exit is perfect for RVs(as Flying J, Blue Beacon RV wash and many flood places) were all in same spot. It is located just over bridge from Memphis which you can see from campground in distance. Memphis is easy 10 minute drive to city. Would highly recommend and would stay again in future. The ladies in the front desk were very friendly and gave great advice.

Beautiful little park. The drive thru the industrial side of west memphis, gave us negative expectations. We were wrong. This park is hidden away and nestled against the mississippi river.
The management was very nice and extremely helpful. The park was as clean as any I have visited. The bath houses were small but clean. The pull thrus were very roomy. I have a 40 ft rig and a long bed truck, still had enough room to park another vehicle behind us with ease. Beautiful setting and night views of the memphis lights. Can be on beal st. in less than 15 min. Road going in was a little rough but once you reach the owner property line, the road was nicely paved and trees groomed. Very nice park with owners that care about their property, and are very friendly to their guests. The only noise was the constant tug boat motors pushing barges up the river, but considering the experience it was nice to hear. We really enjoyed our stay here and will go as far as to aline our overnight stays here when traveling thru this area.

Room Tip: ask for a gravel lot next to the river. Very private and very beautiful

Nice campground. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are suitable for a nice stay, andthe view is excellent! We camped by the water and enjoyed the view of the boats going by day and night!
Pricing is very reasonable. Sites are large and spacious. The concrete pads are in top shape. Access to the park is simple and easy, far enough out to be quiet...but close enough to be easy.
We enjoyed our experience here and would certainly come back if passing through memphis again.
Wifi worked great, trash pickup is a great service, free laundry (yes....i did say free! Lol)

This is a great RV park. They have concrete pads and long pull throughs. They do not have cable but with our antenna we were able to get several stations. The best thin is that they are located right on the Mississippi river with barge traffic happening 24/7. They have large grassy areas to walk your pet. We only spent one night there but plan to stay on our return trip back home and also plan a trip just to the park for a relaxing stay.
