We only stopped here for lunch but what fabulous, good value food. My partner had a 'sandwich' which was a large cunky baguette with proper ham cut off the bone, i had the languoustine which were superb, very fresh and dripping with garlic butter. Very good value for money & highly recommended!

We were so glad to be able to eat here. The food was excellent, the service great, even though it was becoming very crowded. Friendly place, in a lovely little town.

One of our favourite restaurants on the area. Lovely seafood, even in winter and great atmosphere. We keep coming back and have never been disappointed. Keep it up and you will have us as customers for life!

After an exhausting Christmas and New Year we headed for the far North West for som Rain and R&R. Not too much rain? We stayed at The Plockton Hotel, great friendly service and good quality rooms. We ate at The Plockton Hotel.
We were in the 'other side of the bar' area, I'm not too sure what has happened to the actual Restaurant, (it may have been full?) The young chap on duty was friendly and reasonably attentive. We eat here because of the seafood and the fact they smoke a lot of it on site. A seafood platter main and King Scallops in a Garlic Butter Sauce were shared and enjoyed greatly.
My partner felt the food was not quite up to the standard of our last visit, but I thought it was superb. This place is a great asset to Plockton and long may it continue. Prices are reasonable and portions are sensible, the same fayre in Edinburgh or Glasgow would be a lot more expensive. The atmosphere in the Bar is lively and live music is played on a Thursday night.
