We were on our way to Edinburgh from York when we decided to look for accommodation at the border town of Jedburgh and found this wonderful B&B. It truly is a 5 star B&B and excellent value for money. Mike is the perfect host and knows how to pamper his guests without suffocation. The large room, the fittings, the location, the breakfast all deserve a big tick of approval and we would love to one day return.

LOVED this B&B. The hosts were so helpful, kind and interesting. The room was beautiful, comfortable and very well priced. We were only 2 mins. walk to the heart of Jedburgh. The room was very newly decorated with great Neutrogena products everywhere, not to mention the pillow top mattress and fine linens. Great sleep.
The Breakfast was delicious. I would highly suggest this B&B to any friends. I agree this is #1 in the area.
Wish we could have stayed longer, the Borders area is gorgeous.!

We very much enjoyed a two-night stay here this week: I share the enthusiasm of previous reviewers - everything has been done to the highest standard, and the beauty of the surrounding area means it would be a shame for anyone just to spend the one night here rushing to or from the more obvious bits of Scotland.

this really is the best ever B&B we have stayed at, better than some of the top rated hotels...nothing was too much trouble, every little detail is catered for it really is a first class place to stay at. Not to be missed and we will certainly be staying there again.

This has been THE most welcoming, luxurious++ & comfortable accommodation I have ever stayed in. From start to finish top class. A friendly & helpful Mike to meet & greet, offering a welcome glass of Sherry, to lush coordinated interior decor & fabulous breakfast to set us up for the day, made this stay superb. The Egyptian cotton sheets were a draw from the website info & the photos of the rooms were certainly accurate though much bigger & better in person. The array of option available via the 'tea & coffee making facilities' was above & beyond anything I've ever been treated to anywhere else I've stayed & certainly the reference to only tea & coffee plays down the brown leather tray of goodies available. We were only on an overnight stop so did not have time to pop into Jedburgh itself, however this B&B is sufficient to make me hope I'm passing through again.
