Good central location, clean and reasonably comfortable, but I was disappointed with this apartment. It was the most expensive of the three apartments we stayed in during our Spain/Portugal holiday and it had the least amenities.
There is off-street parking in front of the property and the villa is divided up into several apartments on three different levels.
The kitchenette is tiny with no kettle or oven - just a two-ring hob, a small microwave and minimal kitchen equipment.
When we walked into the bathroom there was an overwhelming smell of drains. It was so bad that we had to insert the bath and bidet plugs to try and stifle it.
The double bed is a futon type with what appears to be a very comfortable mattress on top of it, but the frame squeaked with every small movement, so we opted to sleep on the more solid single beds in the other room (after driving 500+kms that day we were ready for a good night's sleep!). After taking off the plastic waterproof mattress protector (yuk!) I found the bed comfortable.
Expect noise from the other apartments - soundproofing is minimal.
All in all an average stay in a tired apartment that could be made beautiful with a little more effort on the part of the owners.More
