We stayed here for a week and had a superior double room.

This is a new hotel in a historic building right in the centre of town.
Good facilities, shame there is no pool but there isn't anywhere to fit it in.

The bar in the square is superb. B&B is only provided so you will need to look for food elsewhere. In theory there is a wine/tapas bar as a part of the hotel but sadly it was not open during our stay.

Breakfast is good and pleasingly chique. Bet we'll be back.

Have just spent 4 nights here with my husband. On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite which was a real treat. We had a sitting room overlooking the main square, a large bedroom and well appointed bathroom with a large walk-in shower (no bath). There was no natural light in the bedroom but that didn't really matter because we had the sitting room. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored mansion dating back to the 16th century. It is situated in the main square which has a lovely cafe shaded by large trees. Perfect for a drink and to watch the locals. Service at the hotel was very friendly. Breakfast was very good with freshly squeezed orange juice and a good selection of cold meats, cheese, bread rolls, fruit, home made jams, local honey, cakes and pastries. There is a small carpark nearby which always had spaces and is free. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are several within strolling district. Casa Gaspar was our favourite.

Beautifully restored building, ideally located on main village square. Be aware you can't get nearer than about 50 yards by car, we didn't find parking in local streets was a problem. Our room was quite small but adequate. Lovely central courtyard for sitting out and relaxing in, breakfasts excellent- wide range of cold meats, cheeses, cereals, juices etc. Particularly liked the home made jams. I think the only cooked item available was hard boiled eggs. The lack of a restaurant serving dinner isn't a problem, there are a number of good choices in Garachico e.g. Ardeola, El Lagar de Julio, La Tasquita.

This hotel is charming - under stated, calm, yet friendly and professional. The room in the tower gives you wonderful sea views and the quadrangle is restful. The dark/reddish wood gives a colonial feel. The cheaper double rooms are slightly but not impossibly small. The square that it is on is delightful. Restaurants wise avoid La Perla, it is dreadful. The meal in the San Roque was quite good, but the atmosphere is no match for the Quinta Roja.

Visited Garachico at the end of November and stayed 4 nights in this lovely hotel. Perfectly located, the place is beautifully restored, rooms are big, well appointed and quiet, the staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good and I did not mind not having a restaurant in the hotel: Garachico is small and in a few minutes you can reach some good restaurants without need of a car. You can relax on the patio and there is a small sauna and a sun deck on the roof that I used. Free parking space available near the hotel.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful old mansion with wooden floors throughout. Spacious room and good bathroom (shower only). Good breakfast and with some special touches for Christmas. Great location in pretty pedestrianised square. Fire crackers a bit annoying but it was Christmas. Run by great people, friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Pay the extra for "double plus". Much bigger rooms.

This guest house is in the old town square of Garachico and fantastically well located for access to the old town museums, church and restaurants. A short 5 minute walk takes you down to the sea water fed swiimming pools formed from the lava pools.
The guest house is very quiet at night, the rooms are spacious, elegant and the bed and bathroom facilities excellent. If you are looking for "peace and quiet" this is the place for you.
We visited in November when the hotel restaurant was closed - breakfast was good but only cold meats and cheese etc were available.
All staff we encountered were very attentive, charming and very helpful.
The nice restaurant La Perla is just 2 minutes walk across the town square, so dinner was never a problem.
On street parking is available close by the hotel but you need to be lucky to get a slot really close by. There is plenty of free off street parking 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Quite pricey considering we only ever saw 2-3 staff on duty and given the absence of "full" hotel facilities. This is a very charming and elegant olde worlde guest house not really a hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the old ( original period town house) part of the building.
