Food and views from the outside area are just perfect!! Opt for the Canarian dishes...honestly, best i have had! Waiting staff are also lovely and great to see the 2 women cooking up a storm in the kitchen!

If one is visiting Garachico then one should find time to go to the Convento de Fransisco. The entrance fee is only 1€. The wooden balconies are splendid as are the wooden carved ceilings. One room has many large black and white old photos of Garachico from past days. Each photo has an explanation of the photo subject in Spanish, English and German. I found this very interesting. One can't fail to be impressed by the different rooms on view. The Convent had a special feeing of calmness.

Lovely old building to wander round for a sense of calm and tranquility. It only costs 1€ so give it a go.

If you are staying on the hot south part of Tenerife and want to calm down, go to the north and stop at Garachico. The place is nicely located near the northern cliffs of the island, have a nice old town with the Convent, being the key attraction of the town. It is worth entering it for a few a minutes.
