Well what a fabulous hotel, the welcome is warm, the design and presentation exceeded expectations, the location was perfect, the attention to detail and level of personal attention is five star in our view (and we travel alot) the breakfast was a lovely experience, great selection and all vey fresh and tasty, great coffee too ... from the front of house to the back of house/support staff it was a cohesive happy and harmonious environment, thank you for an amazing 10th wedding anniversary haven and for looking after us so well to all the team x

We stayed at L'Avenida for a few days this month before a villa holiday. The hotel is simply an oasis. We were greetly warmly at reception and parking was explained. You can purchase a day street parking pass for 6 euros a day from the hotel. We parked up on the street opposite the hotel (lucky space!). As we weren't planning on using the car during our visit, every morning the hotel would go out and change our parking pass for us.

We were staying in Room 10, a standard double room on the ground floor, with doors opening up to the pool area. It was a beautiful room at the corner of the hotel - stylishly decorated with an EXTREMELY comfy bed. The table on the patio outside the room is reserved for you - so for breakfast you simply have to open your door and stagger 2 feet to the table. Breakfast is very good - hot food cooked to order and small fresh continental buffet.

The pool area is beautiful and peaceful with enough loungers for all guests. After watching the tourist hordes arriving on the tram from Puerto de Soller, it's lovely to take the (very short) walk back to the hotel and back to the complete peace and quiet there.

All the staff were exceptional - helpful, friendly - almost like being with friends. We are already thinking about returning to Soller JUST to revisit the hotel. Highly recommended.

Room tip: We loved our ground floor room opening up onto the pool area.

What a fab boutique hotel right in the heart of charming Soller. We have loved our stay. The hotel is stylish, with many of the original features of the grand old house still in place. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the views are stunning. We have been so well looked after by all the team there who go out of their way to make everything relaxed and delightful. Great pool with loads of sun loungers so no lounging angst required. Breakfast very good outside poolside. All in all it's a wonderful place to stay. We will most definitely be back.

We stayed for 6 nights and found the hotel was very clean and nicely presented. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful . The breakfast was enjoyable but perhaps not the most lavish with tiny pastries and even croissants cut in half?! The cooked items were made freshly to order and very nice.

The bedroom and bathroom were well presented and very clean and we slept well in a comfortable bed. It would have been nice to have a reading light and somewhere to put make up on and dry hair within sight of a mirror in the bedroom

The pool area is a little cramped and you can’t move your lounger to follow the sun. The main drawback for us was that it is next door to a community centre and a nursery which was very intrusive in the mornings during our first week . This is rather disappointing in an adults only hotel and noise from the children next door was very loud. I think it’s a summer school and it had stopped by September 9th.

The hotel is conveniently placed for all the amenities of Soller and staff helpful in booking restaurants.
