“Beautiful Location”

Located right at the port. Upper seating is available near the restaurant and they also have a patio/dining area down below near the water. Very good food and fast service. Prices were reasonable.

“Great food, great service and a great vibe”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 17, 2013 via mobile

This offers something slightly different to the majority based on a slightly different menu
The tapas starters being wedges and spring rolls were tasty and different, mains of salmon and lamb were of high quality... All presented well with good service.
For our 8 day trip it is the best dining experience... Well worth it

“Friendly with Great Food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 17, 2013

I loved El Pirata. It was the first visit to a restaurant upon arrive in Port Du Soller. I chose this particularly restaurant for the lovely location and sat outside overlooking the harbour. The staff were very friendly and the food excellent. As I was a solo traveller I sometimes feel awkward eating out. However, I found the El Pirata to be a perfect restaurant for my afternoon snack.

“Friendly and fun”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 15, 2013

On our first visit we sat inside; but finding it too hot upstairs we sat at the bar. Service was friendly, the tapas, whilst not exatly typical spanish, provided an interesting variety. When it arrived at our table the tapas looked good and tasted nice too. Prices were quite reasonable. We visited again later in the week and sat outside on the promenade and ate whilst watching the world go by.

The food was good but not exceptional, but for us it gained extra points with its friendliness and fun atmosphere. It's little bit differentr and is probably best enjoyed with a group rather than as a couple. We loved it.

“Stingy !”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 9, 2013

No condiments or bread on table ..had to ask for salt and pepper as none on any of the tables ! Sardine dish with peppers had more carrots than peppers . Staff slow and had to be told what to do ...... An overall feeling of them trying to save money which left us feeling uncared for and unattended ...., never go back!
