We stayed here for one night and really like the place. It was excellent value for money.

This is the sister hotel of Hotel Juma, a historical hotel in the city center (like 20 meters away). The staff is shared between hotels and the Juma hotel has been around for over 100 years and still worked by the original family. Breakfast is served at the Juma and is fantastic, you can grab breakfast and eat at the tables outside on the main square.

It's a very small hotel so you will find it very quiet and with not too many people around. The room was spacious, excellent air conditioning and wifi signal. Location is fantastic as it's super close to the main square and all the attractions. Pollensa is a tiny town, but lovely.

Parking is no problem to find in the side streets before you get to the hotel.

The staff was super friendly and we got some excellent tips from them. They really know this area well.

Room Tip: ask for a room on the top floors

We love Pollenca but usually stay in the bay. This yer to save us on taxis to the better restaurants in the old town we looked here instead. We were familiar with the Juma and decided on L'Hostal as it seemed like it might be quieter rather than being in the square.

We had a late flight but Sandra was there to greet us and show us our room and even insisted that we completed the check in the following morning so we could have dinner. You get 10% at the Hotel Juma restaurant & bar (which is good) if you show your key. The room was clean and bright and modern in decoration. The safe required no deposit, there was air conditioning, the maid came every day and the towels were changed everyday. The breakfasts were a bit hit and miss and I am positive that the same plate of cheese was wheeled out everyday! I don't want an English breakfast but some nice pastries (they were better from the supermarket near the bus stop) and alpen would have made me happy. Fresh orange juice was lovely. The coffees are double shot as standard which I find too strong but my Spanish is not good enough to explain I only want one so it is my fault really!

Downstairs was a lounge area which was spotless and very modern with magazines and books and if there wasn't someone in the office and you couldn't be bothered to walk down to the Juma you could press a bell and someone would come down.

We hired bikes and they even provided a safe and secure place to store them which is good because you hear stories of bikes being stolen. We got our from Pro Cycle Hire but we didn't want anything fancy and the bikes we got were not well looked after and the man that owns it seemed a bit of a weirdo so I would probably do more research in the future. The shop in Pollenca was loads better but they were all out of bikes they were that busy!

I would definitely stay here or Hotel Juma again.

This hotel is fabulous. A one minute walk from the main square.
The staff, from the housekeeping to the waiters to the managers, are all equally charming and helpful.
They go that extra mile in ensuring that your stay is everything and so much more.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or its sister hotel (Juma) in the main square.

Remember that all guests of either establishment receive an automatic 10% discount in the restaurant.

Enjoy . . .

Room Tip: All rooms are fab :)

My wife and myself spent a relaxing week at this establishment . Although no reception as such there is an intercom to the sister hotel "Juma " barely 100 metres away . Sandra arrived within minutes and showed us to our rooms and explained how the heating worked , door policy , breakfast and tea making facilities in perfect English . Only 6 rooms so very quiet and on a quiet little street . Rooms are very contemporary and spotlessly clean , thanks to the maid , who seems to be constantly ironing and washing the bedding with a pleasant smile . The fine continental breakfast is served in the sister "Hotel Juma " literally just round the corner . The staff here were also amazing , friendly and couldn't have been more helpful . The tea and coffee making facilities are in the lobby and an honesty sheet is at hand but we weren't charged for our 2 pots a day . I would recommend this hotel and would return myself

Room Tip: Taxi driver seemed to have a little difficulty getting round the one way system . From the local tax...

The building has been tastefully modernised and our room was very nice with original beams and a comfortable bed. The bath was particularly appreciated as we had done ten hours walking in the last two days! Our host Sandra made us feel very welcome and made sure we understood how the heating worked (cold day in February). Breakfast was made special by some extremely good freshly made coffee. That morning it was hailing on and off and very cold, so after a visit to the museum and a shop or two we went back to the hotel to be somewhere warm for an hour or so before our bus back to Palma. Again we were made very welcome although we had officially checked out by then! We were only staying one night this time but would definitely stay here again if we come back to Pollenca.

Part of Hotel Juma where you have breakfast. Clean and modern, very close to the main placa. Very friendly staff and well recommended. Parking can be found not too far away on free land. Good atmosphere in the main square especially the Sunday market
