After a lovely trip from Calvia through small beautiful mountain villages with dramatic views over the slopes to the sea such at Galilea (make a stop here and enjoy a cold drink and the magnificent views from the terrace of the little cafe on the square) and Puigpunyent, we stopped for lunch at San Tomas in Banyalfar. Enjoyed a well-prepared traditional lunch including their delicious crunchy, juicy suckling pig on the large terrace of the 1st floor restaurant. Views are to die for, the food and wine is excellent, and the service friendly and professional. We enjoyed this lovely place to the full. A lovely day it was.
