We checked into this hotel after a long day of driving. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. She checked us in quickly and was helpful in recommending a great restaurant nearby. The room was quiet, clean and very comfy! Breakfast was all that we needed!

Room Tip: Top floor, away from elevators.

My family stayed here for two nights in July. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, a few restaurants, and a Walmart that is within walking distance. Check-in was easy and quick! We found the hotel to be clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were particularly fond of the staff at the breakfast buffet during our stay. She was very friendly and accommodating! We had no real complaints. One observation: The TV was very slow. It took a couple of minutes to come on, and then responded slowly to input (such as changing channels, etc.). The only "hiccup" during our stay was that we ended up swimming in the closed pool one morning. We went to our car before going to the pool, so we entered the pool area from the outside using our room key. There was a "Pool Closed" sign on the inside entrance to the pool that we did not see. I don't think the maintenance staff was very happy with us, but he was nice about it. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

The hotel and all its services were great. Would stay there again if in that area. The complimentary breakfast was good, room was clean, pool area well kept. Check-in staff were very helpful and even noted that we could receive a discount because of the event we were there for. I asked for a roll away bed because we had 3 children with us and they provided it at no charge. Everyone was very nice and accomodating.

Love staying at hamptons because you know what you're going to get. It's right off of I-40 and close to gas stations and restaurants. Slept great, strange post-it greeted us when we opened the door. Said we had clean sheets (well I hope so!).

Got up to have breakfast and went to make a waffle and they were out. Had to go across the street to Waffle House and grab breakfast instead.

Overall good stay.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review about your stay with us on Trip Advisor. It was an absolute delight having you be our guest. In reading you review I noticed you stated that you were not able to enjoy our full hot "on the house breakfast", and for that I am deeply sorry. Breakfast is served daily from 6am-10am. I will be sure to contact Hilton to see if it is at all possible to extend our breakfast hours, or have it start earlier. The post-it note you saw in your guest room, is another Hilton Standard. We take great pride in being able to let each, and every guest know that from the moment you enter your guest room, that everything right down to the shower curtain, and duvet has been washed, and prepared just for your arrival. We absolutely love being able to connect with our guests on such a personal level. Again, thank you for choosing to stay with Hampton Inn-Van Buren, and for being so loyal to the Hilton family of hotels. We had booked a stay at Best Western online. Coming from Lawton Oklahoma to van buren Arkansas we made it in 4 hours. So we were there at the hotel at 11am. When we went in the lady was on the phone and you could tell it wasn't a professional call either. She was short with me when we asked if there was a way we could check in early. She just kept talking on the phone. So we left. As we were leaving the parking lot we spotted Hampton Inn next door. So I was like why not let's see if they will let us check in early. When we came in we were atomically greeted. And the lady was kind enough to move rooms with some guy who had 2 queen beds that being alone he didn't need. Unlike me a family of 7. Upon arrival the staff was kind and so nice. Great stay and have joined the member club!! Look forward to staying again
