I've eaten at Gialos for three years, but this year I thought it became really special. Over three weeks, I've dined there at least twenty times. First of all, the staff is very friendly and service minded. This goes all the way from taking your order to payment. I never really know what to order, because IMO greek food is generally quite boring. Ask the owner, he might know what is best for the day. My favourite is the lamb, the rabbit (not always available) came close. The pizza is the best I've eaten in the Mediterreanean area. I recommend ordering potatoes instead of fries, it just goes better with most dishes.
