This restaurant is part of a very nice hotel: " le mas de la rose" but is run independently. They grow their own vegetables ( organically of course) and the menu is design around seasonable vegetables and products. The chef is amazing, very creative and the place is absolutely charming, everything but a trap for tourists as there are plenty around. You will also discover very subtile regional wines at very affordable prices. The owner is a great host. A must to visit if you are in the region.
