We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Central. The rooms were spacious and clean (perhaps the biggest hotel bathroom i've ever seen) and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food was also good. My only problem was that our room had a balcony (great!) but that we weren't told that it was shared with the room next door. Which made it a bit of a surprise/scary to see strangers on the balcony when we had the door and windows open. The view was excellent though.

Room tip: check if your balcony is private

The hotel as the name suggest is centrally located. I must warn tourist planning to visit Seefeld by train that the train station is under renovation and the only way you can change platforms is by taking your luggage down the stairs and hauling them up .. which is quite a tough act. The railways authorities have acted in a rather insensitive manner towards tourist interest. That said it is a nice quiet town from where one can take many hikes and short and long walks.

The rooms were rather small where one could literally jump on to the bed from the door. The beds for the children were very narrow. The bathroom however was large. The room had a view of the mountain which was marred by an ugly crane. The restaurant served good food ..however would suggest not to sign up for fixed menu dinner since there are lots of choices available in the restaurant otherwise. The breakfast served was average in taste and spread. There are also numerous lovely cafes around the hotel. The people of the hotel were extremely friendly and always willing to help.

We visited this hotel in early June 2017 with our two girls (1 and 3 years old) and stayed for three nights while we enjoyed the beautiful town and some surrounding outdoor activities. The staff was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. We had a two bedroom room, which was nice and worked well to allow for all four of us, but with the lack of AC or fans was a bit warm for us (we like it really cold). We really enjoyed the views of the mountains from our room. Traveling with two little children, we really enjoyed being able to order fantastic meals and drinks up to our room while the kids stretched out and relaxed or napped. I would not recommend the masseuse.

Room tip: We were on the second floor - a higher room probably would have had a little less street noise.

3 day ski and city break. Bed and breakfast with very good breakfast including a juicer! Staff on reception very helpful and multi lingual.. Rooms a good size with good lighting. Cafe central next door also open for meals. Only negative was no kettle. As British travellers this was a big minus
