Arrive, park the car and forget it. You get all over the places just walking. Basic restaurant but ok for the location, young clientele but careful, the bar shuts down at 10pm! Clean room and quiet area as there is no traffic around. Access to the sport center with pool and sauna.

Booked a standard room in this hotel through Expedia so didn't expect a balcony or huge size but our room was just too tiny for two people. We kept tripping over one another and suitcases, there was no storage space for more than a few clothes. The room was literally filled with the very comfortable double bed. The bathroom was well equipped and modern but similarly cramped. See photo of room layouts, ours was no 220. Others look a bit bigger but subdivided into multiple small units. Although the position of the hotel is handy for the village centre which is just a two minute walk away, it is on quite a busy road. So it is noisy with the window open.
Aside from the above criticism, the service at reception, breakfast and cleanliness were faultless. Breakfast is the highlight with great views, the option to sit in or outside and wonderful variety of food from the buffet ranging from fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, cooked eggs, sausages, fried bacon, etc. Great coffee machine, juices and selection of teas. Free wireless but only in the restaurant area. There are several computers available for guests.
Overall picture - reasonable hotel let down by miserly standard rooms.

After reading some of the other reviews of this hotel, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised, in a couple of ways.
I liked the idea of being in the mountains during the fall but we didn’t expect a snowstorm. Neither did anyone else. We took advantage of the snow and went to Olympic Sports and Congress Center

The discount from the hotel to the spa applies if one only uses the main pool and not the Sauna. The main pool was fine. It was easy to access the different areas such as the swimming, non swimming and outdoor pool without getting out of the water. The jets could have been a little stronger but they worked. The outside pool was warm enough to be outside in the water at night as the snow fell.

The sauna area was great and well worth the additional charge. This is a good time to make this clear for those who may not know; in Germany and Austria all sauna areas are clothing free. When you go through to the sauna area and hold your chip to the sensor you are automatically charged no matter if you stay 5 minutes or 2 hours. Bring a towel and a robe. Use the towel to put on the wood surfaces while you are in the saunas, put on your robe to walk around, if you wish. Most people do.

The sauna world offered choices of saunas, a steam room plus indoor and outdoor pools. The interior pool was beautiful with a masonry brick dome centering a stained glass medallion in the oculus, perfect for just letting go. The outdoor pool was stainless steel with good jets and a nice view of mountain and the ski lift at Seefeld.

Now, back to the hotel. We had a spacious room with lots of windows, overlooking snow and more snow. The beds were extremely comfortable, firm but with just enough bounce. The staff goes home at 8pm but leaves access to the computers, coffee and tea. They return in the morning to put out the Frühstück.

I can’t say enough about the staff. All of them from the front desk people to the housekeeper were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasant.

We were going to Seefeld for a wedding in late august and knew it would be hot. So we searched in hotels.com for hotels with pools, preferably outdoor ones so we could laze by the pool during the day. When we arrived after a long hot drive, we were told there was no pool but could get free entry into the 'adjoining' olmpic center - which was swarming with screaming children. We were hot, so we went - and we went in search of the pool in the photos. We found it, BUT there were 2 surprises with that 1) that pool pictured is in the 'nudist area' and my american and my partner's british sensibilities were just a little bit tested (that woman and man in the picture have swimsuits on!). 2) there was an additional charge of 21 euro for having gone up to that pool - even though we were only there for 5 minutes and no one told us there would be a charge. We had no money with us, so i was held hostage while my boyfriend ran back to the hotel to get money and free me. Needless to say i was more than a little pissed off.

Back at the hotel, the decor is fantastic - a lush palette of deep purple, chocolate and maroon contrasted with white walls and whitewashed woods. The service was superb - trying to help us out with an ice bucket for drinks, internet, etc.

The rooms need a few things to be honest - airconditioners, mini bars or at least a small fridge, and chairs. We were there four days and only had the bed to sit on.

Okay.

The only plus is it is close the the Olympic center. That is where it ends.

1. Was promised a welcome drink, but no offer occurred.
2. Hotel cleaning was spotty. Did not replace shampoo or toilet paper. Had to ask the front desk.
3. Hotel parking was very limited and internet was spotty.
4. DInners were relatively expensive. Most guest eats in other, less costly places.
5. Front desk was there only a limited time. I highly suggest you get a quote of the price per room up front and on paper on a bill to protect yourself.
6. No evening amenities. You need to buy water and other sundries from local shops.

I think for the price its way overpriced. For that rate, you can get an indoor pool and other amenities - including meals. Customer service was consider mediocre.

Excellent hotel - very clean, friendly, good food, great location. If you can, try to get one of the top rooms for a great view.

On the edge of the town, and right beside the Leisure Centre, for which hotel residents get a discount. A 10 min walk from the rail station, which is close to Innsbruck. Walk round the nearby lake, also close to the cable car lift.

Good afternoon cake on offer for some travel groups.

The only minus - don't get on the wrong side of the owner, she can be fierce !
