This hotel is quite simply stunning - an incredible mix of ancient monastery and sumptuous 5-star luxury. The new spa is truly world-class, the food and wine superb and the staff welcoming and friendly. What makes it so special is how it combines cosy Tirolean ambience with exquisite service and facilities. Its location in the heart of Seefeld makes it perfect for exploring this picturesque village, ideal for skiers and non-skiers alike. My husband and I have stayed here 10 times and hope to return many times more. This year we took out 9 month-old baby daughter for the first time, and the welcome she received couldn't have been better - she loved it! We found the baby-listening service fantastic and baby-sitting was available too. It surely must be one of the best hotels in the Alps.

Klosterbrau is a stylish, typical Tirol, family-run, ***** hotel...
Spa is fantastic, restaurant is TOP, rooms are GREAT, service is EXCELLENT, location, in the middle of the pitoresque typical Tyrol-village Seefeld, is GREAT !
For skiing and langlauf it is perfect...skiing especially for families with kids...the ski area is not too difficult and very snow-sure !
The price is not low, but all what's offered makes it very worth to spend some quality time there.
The restaurant Braukeller, which is different then where the hotel-dinner is served, is also a very good place to eat "different" !
In summer hiking, biking, walking, golf is fantastic overthere...Seefeld is multi-active and Klosterbrau makes it complete !

Room Tip: The suites at the street-side are very, very nice !

We booked this hotel after seeing it on our last visit to seefeld , we have 3 children and went for Xmas staying 7 nights.
Not very child friendly very starchy atmosphere at breakfast and dinner no atmosphere whatsoever
We are well travelled people and stayed at some of the worlds best hotels and we were so offended by this one.
The waiters and waitresses were useless wrong orders being taken to wrong tables and not just once all week that happened then waiting well over 40 mins for dinner. No child meal choices they have to have what the adults eat.
English is very badly spoken by all staff within the hotel
They are only interested if you are spending silly amounts of money on wine and caviar 1850 euros per 100grms the menu for it is put on the tables at night.
Beds are awful we had a double bed and three put you up beds in one room all squashed in we were assured before we booked that the room royals was large enough. We have travelled to Dubai many times and paid for two rooms for the extra space we have done the same here but the hotel said not needed.
Positives are really nice spa.
My advice would be stay stay at the shonruhh it's four star but better all round.

I just stayed at this hotel with my family and I can tell you it was excellent all around. It is a very unique situation because it is rare to find a multi-generational family owned 5* star hotel this charming and cozy. The hotel is the perfect size, the staff and owners are super friendly and hospitable. The service, food, atmosphere are all excellent. You feel special and pampered the entire time you are inside this amazing charming hotel. The spa pool and facilities are incredible also . The entire property in every detail is done in perfect tirolian taste and class without feeling to stuffy. This will simply be one of the best places you will ever stay in every way.

We recently had the pleasure of attending our nephew's exquisite wedding at the Hotel Klosterbrau and were impressed with every aspect of this event. The service provided was exceptional, to the point that the hotel’s owner even offered to take our group on a hike through the surrounding mountains. When the weather did not accommodate our plans, he personally drove us to nearby Innsbruck and gave us a tour of its historic Old City. Klosterbrau’s history as a former 16th-century monastery adds to its beauty and charm, and its location in the center of lovely Seefeld is ideal. Our meals were outstanding and the spa and pool complex were luxurious and relaxing. What a wonderful experience!

This hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff, food, spa, decor, rooms, and location were exceptional. I have never been to a hotel that I did not want to leave. Rain or shine, you can have a great time. It has a charming appeal and I fell in love with it immediately. My boyfriend and I are already planning a trip back.

We recently had the good fortune of staying at Hotel Klosterbräu for a friend's wedding. The property is beautiful and comfortable with a rich alpine decor, comfortable rooms, and ample yet intimate public areas. The spa is also exceptional in it's ammenities and beauty. What really made the stay though was the staff and commitment to service. The hotel has been owned an operated by the Seyrling family for over 200 years. We met one of the sons who was present at the numerous wedding activities ensuring all services were rendered impecibly and I believe also because he'd developed a genuine friendship with the bride and groom and was enjoying the event as much as the rest of us. The staff in general was very very friendly much like their employers and without sacrificing any professionalism and service. It was just a real pleasure to stay somewhere with a long tradition of excellence and a committed and friendly staff. I'm sure there are more modern hotels with fancier rooms and the benefit of 21st centure construction but Hotel Klosterbräu is very comfortable and its age lends a rare warmth and charm. I cannot recommend strongly enough that a traveller looking to enjoy some time in Seefeld consider a stay at Hotel Klosterbräu.
