We stayed at this Hotel two years ago when we came for the Camel Fair and liked the spacious & clean rooms and bathroom. So this year we had wanted to experience the entire Fair and stayed for nine days at the Hotel. On our previous stay we had occupied Rm 301 with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and front entrance which was lit up with colored lights during the Fair. We had written to the manager Sanjay Chattree requesting the same room. He replied immediately with a courteous letter that this room would be available for us again. Unfortunately, when we arrived it was already occupied so we were given Rm 319. This was fine since it was exactly the same as the other room except on the opposite side of the building with a road on the side and a Hare Krishna temple with loudspeakers chanting non-stop all night long which was unbearable. After two days of this we requested to be moved to our previous room 301 since it was now vacant. The staff at reception were very friendly in serving us and wanted only to please. On our entire stay the staff was very helpful and obliging. We did have some noisy Indian guest occupying some of the rooms on the 3rd floor which was extremely loud with talking and banging doors till midnight. Once they left the next day it was quiet for the rest of our stay and really enjoyed it.
The buffet breakfast was ok for a few days but after nine days it got a bit boring eating pancakes without eggs, paratha, toast, juice and fruit. I did like the papaya every day though. On two occasions when there were Indian guests they would serve a flavorful rice which was a nice change. The waiters were very friendly!

The TV reception was poor with very little choice of channels mostly Hindi. Recommendation to the Hotel would be to get the BBC news world and sports channel for guests who stay longer to have some contact with the outside world.

There was a dormitory supplied for our driver which was very good for him since he waited around for us for nine days.
Of course during the Fair this Hotel charges a high rate for their rooms but perhaps accommodations are expensive at this time in all hotels?

We did enjoy our stay here once again and will most likely come back for the Camel Fair next year. We love all the excitement and the colorful people.
Thanks to all the staff for making our stay a memorable one.
We would recommend this Hotel highly for anyone visiting Pushkar Camel Fair.

Room Tip: Since there is an elevator, the room 301 on the third floor with a nice spacious balcony overlooking the front garden was very nice.

The hotel was comfortable but for the price many other hotels would have offered better facilities. My experience was disapointing due to the rudeness of the staff. Instead of allowing me to talk to the supivisor about a staff members behaviour, I was told they themselves would deal with it (which I felt would be highly unlkely). Each member of staff was very dismissive of me and my complaint, they instead told me to leave it to them (which i was sure would lead to nothing happening). When talking to the manager of the hotel he was very appollogetic but the whole experience ruined my trip to Pushkar.

Within walking distance from the lake, this nice hotel offers a very good breakfast, comfortable rooms and a nice hot shower (that runs only during a certain amount of hours of the day). There is a swimming  pool available and it seemed to be properly maintained. Their restaurant offers great Indian food with average prices, and overall service is quite ok.
It is a very good option to stay.

Room Tip: As usual run away from the ground floor... Shades are not big enough to block the sun light neither provide enough privacy.

Spacious room, and nice views from the roof of the surrounding hills. Very nice at sunset. Unfortunately we couldn't see the lake from the rooftop. Our room did not have a view but would suggest you check out other reviewers comments for the location of the rooms with a view. Meals were tasty and enjoyable. We were encouraged to have our lunch outside by the pool which was lovely. It is about a 10 minute walk to the centre of Pushkar where you can start wandering down the main market street.

We visited this place recently in dec, 2012. It was a very short but a pleasant stay. the hotel, staff, room service , restaurant, everything was very upto the mark. very smooth checkin and check out. staff was very efficient and helpful. rooms are large, spacious and has all the modern amenities, hot water, wifi, etc. It has a scenic swimming pool and a nice garden area. the complementary breakfast was very nice. the view from the room overlooking the mountains were added beauty of our stay in this hotel. Overall, a very good experience, definitely will recommend it to my family and friends.
