“A very unpleasant experience !”
Reviewed June 7, 2012

We booked all the rooms for my parents 25th anniversary . The staff was not at all cooperative .
We did not get extra beds and quilts even after reminding dem many times . They did come but at 1 in the night . The food was good and so was the swimming pool !
The manager was acting like some hooligan !

This hotel is 6 km. from Pushkar and are tent like units. You are surrounded by mountains and the sunset view is incredible. The hotel does not have internet or satellite T.V. No hair dryer in the room. Food was good, although only chocolate cereal for breakfast. Omelettes were available.

We were on our way to Agra and spent a night in this resort, which is amazing. Still under construction, but this didn't disturb us.
They are small houses with a tent roof and the interior gives you also a luxurious tent feeling. The idea is amazing! Every house has its own small swimming pool and garden. The pool was not filled with water, but anyway was too cold for using it. A central swimming pool was also available with water :)
The room was clean. We had warm water only in the evening. Morning they offered to bring us a warm water in a bucket.
During our stay we had couple of times electricity cuts. It was a bit unpleasant during the dinner, but it was only for few minutes.
The food in the restaurant was just reasonable.

Room Tip: The resort is remote. I advice only for those who travel by car.

I have visited Aaram Bagh on 24 sept 2011.. My experience was the worst ever. We had a royal suite, which consists of mosquitos and lizards. no staff is there to attend the problem in the mid of the day. In night at 2 a.m. we had fire brokeout in my room due to some short circuit of wiring which is of very bad quality. I was afraid in the night and did not sleep after that. No person was there to attend me till 1 hour in night. Me and my family consisting of 2 small kids were afraid all night. The staff after that told that this is nothing serious. Such a irresponsible statement. Next day they didnt apologise me. I have made to pay the full amount to them. This is way they serve to their guests. I would not advise to stay there to anyone.

Room Tip: Do not get trapped with the internet site of this place. Confirm from your friends and relatives bef...

Placed in middle of nowhere, Mosquitoes, Poor Food Quality, Poorest of Service, Illiterate and non concerned staff, no service after 11 if the child is crying, no water in so called room swimming pools....please spare this hotel/resort and opt for anything better and if money is the concern we can always look for better places to save money but no on the leisure stay.
