the place is not very easy to find but you'll just have to ask.
the restaurant is placed on the top floors of a hotel that simply looks so great, clean and peaceful.
wish I stayed in the hotel also!.. anyway..
the place is beautiful, clean, they have a nice pulley system to move dishes from lower to upper floors. they have a wooden oven also.
and still, while it looks like a luxury place, it is a very cheap place.
if you are in pushkar you should not miss it.

Not an option for Indians, unless you manage to book a room online ( in which case you can't be rejected easily ).

Got told off by the staff downstairs that outsiders were not allowed to use the restaurant, and on asking since when was told that only starting today morning.

Would help to have a board outside that clearly states their policy.

this posting is totally utterly false and such a serious allegation that i am shocked that TripAdvisor has posted this without clarifying or checking the facts !!??
we have guests stay and dine with us from all over the world ...Europeans..Americans..south Americans ..Australian..Asians ..Indians ..Israelis..Africans...everyone in fact ...its amazing that an English person has written that we are racists !!!
we do have in place a right to admission policy
and would not allow non staying outside guests to our restaurant if they were drunk..drugged or behaving inappropriately keeping in mind the religious ..spiritual sensitivity of pushkar ...in order to keep the atmosphere which we have created here after more than a decade
and this is appreciated by our guests for sure
i am strongly requesting TripAdvisor to take out this false allegation and request them as well to check the facts of such reviews before posting them ..so as not to hurt the reputation and business of honest clear businesses...thank you ..

Located in a sublime haveli, Sixth sense is a quiet and charming place to eat at. However, the food isn't as great as we thought it'd be. Palak Paneer and Dahl fried were ok, but it felt a bit like tourist adapted food, and so was the place: a bit too close to european standars to be an actual authentic experience

dear guest ...thanks for visiting our rooftop restaurant ...and posting a review...just want to clear your remark..that we are not an authentic experience ? what does that mean ? sure we are not a road side chai shop selling samosas which is the majority of what little ..indian authentic ..cafes are about...and oily spicy food not terribly clean sadly mostly
we do cater ..just to tourists and our service style and food reflect that ..and is much appreciated by the road weary traveler .sorry we could not meet your indian expectations ..we are of course 100% authentic indian ...indian being a huge varied cosmopolitanism mix today..which i hope you have seen and experienced hopefully on your travels

We ate here for both lunch and dinner. Service was polite and friendly. The seating areas are gorgeous. The atmosphere is very lovely. The food is fresh and made very well.

We loved the thali plate, the lemon/ginger/honey tea, the mint piranhas, and the nutella pancake.

Highly recommended.
