“A Place with ancient story”
Reviewed August 29, 2013

This is the place where Arjun worshiped shiv ji. A small water fall was just behind temple. after passing through small bridge we reached a cave. Inside that cave a shivling was present.
This temple is 500 year old.

“Ancient Shiv Temple”
Reviewed July 10, 2013

An ancient shiv temple where the Shivratri is celebrated at a large scale. A quiet and a open place along the water stream with cold breeze. A place to relax and capture the moments of natural beauty.

“Riverside temple”
Reviewed June 19, 2013

The location of the temple is so picturesque that one can spend hours sitting on a rock in the middle of the river Aganjhan and meditate/sing or just be lost in thoughts.

“Scenic beauty around”
Reviewed May 5, 2013

Aghanjar Mahadev temple cane be approched by two ways either directly either from DHARAMSALA - KHANIYARA ROAD or from dharamsala - palampur road by taking the road upside from CONVENT SCHOOL at sidhpur. Dont forget to visit the temple's main attraction which is the small idols under the BIG ROCK in the river flowing below this temple. If you cant find the way ask the temple priest to guide you,

Avoid going there late evenings !

Reviewed May 2, 2013

Actually you will see the peaceful ashram first & then always climb down some 50 steps to the river and crawl to enter the cave temple next to waterfall. It is unique.
