Not the best ambiance but definitely the best food I had while in Dharamshala. One of the oldest restaurants there and still run by the same family who started it many years ago. Would definitely recommend people to go try it out especially if you like authentic Indian food.

We just entered into this restaurant randomly with the purpose of taking away food. When we entered the place looks little under maintained, the owner was playing chess. But we decided to take chance as we were reluctant to have tasteless food in our hotel. We asked for noodles and vegetarian Manchurian (enough for 2 adults and a kid), the owner prepared it himself. Quantity- good, taste – spicy and good and all in all fresh and well prepared. I just feel if the owner can spend a little on maintenance; the place can become good to sit too. Recommended

Back in the 90's this was The most popular Non-veg restaurant in Mcleodganj as of now there are practically tons of restaurants to choose from however little Malabar (just off the main square) is still serving excellent Mughlai food. For those of you who like your food hot, don't hesitate to ask Pintu to challenge you:-) The Rock n' Roll music in the background has not changed and thank God for that!
