ES always meets/exceeds expectations. Clean, great amenities including hot tub! Great breakfast and generous manager's reception. Rolled out the welcome mat for bikers by providing convenient parking, cleanup rags, etc.

This Embassy Suites is located right next to I-540 and there is a convention center that connects to the property. There are a couple dining options within walking distance including a Ruth's Chris.

I stayed here at the last minute using points + cash and I still received a room on the top floor (my preference), but it was a Sunday night and based on the parking lot it seemed the occupancy was maybe half full. This is probably the most expensive hotel in NWA if not one of the most expensive.

The folks working the cooked-to-order breakfast area were great and the area offers your typical Embassy Suites breakfast options. It makes sense why they do it, but I was disappointed the machine that dispenses milk was turned off right when the breakfast hours end. I was taking my time eating and wanted more milk, not that big of a deal.

I was in the area for a personal trip, but am familiar with NWA. There are hotels closer to Wal-Mart's home office, but this one is probably a 15 minute drive. The nice thing about this Embassy Suites is it is right on the interstate so if you need to go down to Fayetteville, you're probably 20 minutes away. Just be aware of traffic in the morning on I-540 (yes, traffic in Arkansas).

I did have issues with my door not closing completely without giving it some force and the cover on the ironing board in my room needed to be replaced. I mentioned both on a request for maintenance card in my room and even put down my contact info and handed it to the people working the front desk when I checked out. I was only here for one night but I am somewhat surprised they did not contact me after the fact. Regardless, I would stay here again without thinking twice. Hopefully next time I arrive sooner to catch the Manager's Reception.

Room Tip: High floor, avoid the Embassy Suites atrium noise. There appear to be special suites in the corners of the top floor (??). May be worth inquiring about for your stay.

This place is right off the interstate, easy to get to. Rooms are large and nice. Very clean, good bedding. Full buffet breakfast every morning, and omelettes and eggs cooked to order. Manager's reception was every evening, free drinks, but it got pretty crowded.

We stayed for BBB Rally. Nice location because its close to Pig Trail HD and just 20 minutes or so from Fayetteville.

No Complaints. Will probably stay next time we are in town.

First time staying in a Embassy Suites, prefer smaller boutique hotels. Rooms were huge and nicely appointed. Operationally the place was clean and well run even at full occupancy during BB&BBQ. It has great access to Bentonville and Fayetteville.

Stayed for 4 nights, staff was super nice and helped with all needs
- minor issue was key card that worked sporadically.
Breakfast was nice with omelets and other hot foods plus fruits, all included in hotel stay price
stayed in Spa Tower versus the Main Tower, not a big issue just had to walk a little bit more to get to desk and convention center.
You can walk to a couple of restaurants/bars otherwise jump in the car and be at numerous establishments in minutes or check out the shopping center

Room Tip: depending on what you like. Main tower if you like high floors Spa Tower for quieter atmosphere. Try to do breakfast around 7:30-8:00 to miss the rush. Free drinks a plus from 5:30-7:30
