“The real wonder”

Siq is the thing in Petra, I would say. Put here all the superlatives you know and get yourself there.

“Interesting walk”
Reviewed January 6, 2014

The Siq is interesting in and of itself. It's worth allocating at least 40 minutes to enjoy the sites along the way before reaching the Treasury. After all, it's not a race!

“Hyped”
Reviewed January 4, 2014

Nothing special, does not give a thrill like what you feel in Pharaoh's pyramids or Valley of Kings in Egypt.

“Great place- shame about the tourists”
Reviewed January 3, 2014

The Siq is a wonderful natural passageway, but sadly there are hundreds of tourists, and Bedouin horse and cart riders thundering down the passageway. It is dangerous and crowded, unless you are lucky enough to go in the early morning when nobody is there
